Nice rooms, easy check in, laundry facilities and yummy bakery next door. No AC though.

Extremely clean!

Excellent place to stay. Very helpful staff

This was immaculately clean, free underground secure parking. Absolutely soulless. No air conditioning as it done from underfloor heating so had to have window open all night and was kept awake by mopeds racing up and down the road and drunken youths shouting. Breakfast was in a public bakery which whilst was very good was not included as advertised throughout the hotel. Check-in was straight forward enough as long as you have your check-in details via email to hand. Could be a great hotel if you are allocated a room at the back and have enough German to argue to toss re breakfast charges where the bakery staff suddenly only speak German.

It’s a very comfortable place to have a rest for the family. Check in and out are convenient.

I rated the staff and service 5 stars, yet everything was automated and simple. We did not see anyone during check-in/check out. Easy to use parking garage, nice bakery attached to the hotel. The room is not very big but has all that is needed.

Probably one of the best quality hotels ive stayed at in a long time, better than most 5 star hotels. Peacefull, spotless, amazing veiws and it was just perfect. You feel really comfortable and safe here. We had one issue which was my own fault, I picked up my bank card instead of my room card and locked myself out of the hotel as the whole building is key card entry. So makesure you write down your booking number just incase you forget your card as the machine will give you a new one.

When we tried to check in at the front door with the keypad, our reservation number was denied. We called the number listed on the front door for assistance , but could make no connection after dialing 3 times. We waited almost half an hour before a staff member was at the front desk. Had she not come coincidentally at that time who knows how long we would have waited. We were almost late meeting local family members for dinner. Except for the first morning, breakfast was disappointing and we bought our own food at the attached Mangold bakery.

Wir haben das Hotel jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal auf der Durchreise nach Italien genutzt. Unkompliziert self Check-in und Tiefgarage sind perfekt wenn man spät kommt und nicht alles ausladen möchte. Frühstück ist, in der angeschlossenen Bäckerei, standard und etwas zu teuer. Zimmer waren immer sauber und OK für eine Nacht.

Nur ein negativ Punkt. De Touchescreen für das einchecken war schrecklich, kaum funktion. Ansonsten alles Supper

Molto comodo il servizio di self check in, struttura molto pulita. È la seconda volta che ci soggiorniamo.

Het was mij niet helemaal duidelijk hoe het zat met parkeren. Als je je kamer sleutel hebt kan je daarmee de roldeur van de parkeerkelder openen. In de parkeerkelder hangen 2 EV laders. Dus als je geluk hebt kan je de auto daar opladen. Alles is heel netjes, schoon, heel prima voor een overnachting zoals wij hebben gedaan. Restaurants op loopafstand. Ontbijt was opk niet heel duidelijk. Er zit een bakkerijin het pand waar de lokals ook hun broodjes komen halen. Wel heel lekker maar daar even zitten is niet echt te doen. Er stonden veel karren met afbakproducten waardoor de tafels en stoelen niet bruikbaar waren. Dat is wel een punt van verbetering. Ik moet hierbij wel aangeven dat wij er op zondagochtend waren, dat zou de extra drukte in de winkel kunnen verklaren

Goed hotel zonder personeel met nette kamers. Parkeren is inbegrepen.

Unterkunft gut, praktisch und sauber. Der automatisierte Check-In war etwas ungewohnt und umständlich, hat aber am Ende gut funktioniert. Parkplätze vorhanden, alles in Allem zufrieden!
