Very close proximity to town and ski lift! Very warm and reasonably priced!

We had an excellent stay at the Mountain Lake Resort. Our apartment was very clean, with everything we needed. It is a well-appointed, modern block, conveniently located in the centre of town. A short walk to the ski lift and bus station. Highly recommend.

Good place but no service and they charge for cleaning and they insist of clean every thing n even removing the kitchen trach. But to be fair it was a good place to stay

Check in was quite slow with only one receptionist. We told them of a problem our first night and it was never resolved. Apartment was nice and clean but missing some essential items like hair dryer, oven mitt, and needs more trash cans.

It was our 2nd stay, and did not disappoint. We will be back next year again.

The apartment was very comfortable and nicely furnished however not worth the money. The cleaning fee is pretty steep and not to a particularly high standard as there were crumbs already on the kitchen table when we arrived. I would have expected at least one lot of dishwasher tabs, a dish cloth and tea towel in the kitchen, but apart from utensils, there was nothing else. Also when I asked if we could have another toilet roll we were told we would have to pay. As we were only there for a couple of days it wasn't worth us buying all those things. I suppose it would be better value for guests who stay for longer. Zell is fantastic though and we'll be back - just not at the same hotel.

Great apartment complex in the heart of Zell am see, beautifully appointed! Cannot imagine eve staying anywhere else again!

It was very comfortable stay. The location is great, and rooms were very clean and well equipped. There was an unfortunate heating/hot water issues, but the receptionist/management worked hard to try to resolved the issue. I would come back again.

good overall. however there is no air conditioning. also the WiFi in our apartment unit did not work, and thus they gave us the access of a nearby apartment which had a weak signal.

Very convenient apartment type hotel in the heart of Zell Am See. Small kitchen, underground parking, communal washing machines and wifi available. Just 300m walk to the lake, ideally situated with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets close by.

No air conditioning in room .. The hotel does not provide the rooms with soaps towels drinking water tea or coffee .. restricted rules for Arabian guests that we had to throw the garbage outside the hotel .

Simple self-service ccommodations. Friendly front desk staff. Absolutely fabulous

We stayed at MW in self catering capacity, therefore we had limited interaction with hotel staff. The facility is brand new. We stayed at 3 bed apartment which has enough room for us 5 people. The location is very convenient for town centre, ski lifts and ski schools. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

nice hotel good location but little omissions tainted the experience

From arrival to leaving time the stay at the Mountain Lake Resort went smoothly. The staff were fabulous and friendly. The apartment was clean and well located. Having good parking facilty also worked well. I enjoyed staying there and would recommend it.

We booked one of the apartments so weren't part of the Mark Warner package. However the reception and bar are staffed by MW people who proved to be super-friendly & helpful during the stay. The refurbishment is pretty much finished but there were a couple of snagging issues that were dealt with as quickly as possible by Damien & his team. All the fittings & fixtures are new and reasonable quality and well put together. The apartment is a couple of minutes' walk from the City Express Gondola so not quite ski to front door but not far off it. We only used the sauna & steam room once but lovely, new facilities. The kitchen is small and everyone in our party hit their head on the extractor hood at least once while preparing food. The windows on the ground floor are in fact doors so you can't get any fresh air overnight - would benefit from a vent or something. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Das Zimmer B 103 ist das Appartement direkt über dem Skiraum, kein Licht, die Treppe (Stahl ohne Gummibelag) führt direkt am Schlafzimmer vorbei und wird von allen Skifahrern jeden Morgen ab 0730 benutzt. Weder ausschlafen noch Privatspähre war möglich. Ich werde sowohl gegen den Vermittler (Expedia) Als auch gegen den Vermieter Rechtsanwältin wegen Schadensersatz vorgehen, die Kommunikation mit der nicht auf Dauer besetzten Rezeption war unmöglich. Saunahandtücher wurden nicht ausgegeben mit dem Hinweis, dass für den kommenden Tag noch etwas gebraucht werde. Toaster fehlte bei der Wohungsübernahme, Glas war beschädigt. Tür zum Bad schloss nicht richtig. Schrank im Schlafzimmer nur teilweise benutzbar, weil der Nachttisch eine Tür versperrte.

Absolutnie jeden z najlepszych hoteli, w których byliśmy. Same superlatywy: obsługa, czystość, wyposażenie kuchni, komfort, blisko stoku, podziemny parking, suszarnia na sprzęt narciarski. Godny polecenia zarówno dla rodzin, jak i grupy przyjaciół.
