Everything was fine. Beautiful.

The beds were fantastic and the towel were excellent.

Exceptional breakfast .

Everything was great - huge suite everything comfy cozy. However one waiter was an A-hole and the reception should let you know to make a reservation for dinner upon checking in.

Fun older hotel in a beautiful plaza. Breakfast was fantastic and we loved our view of a back courtyard.

The room was quiet, clean and spacious but not acceptable for a 4 stars hotel the bed sheets made of elastic material. Very nice the breakfast

Every evening I ate in the hotel. I wanted to eat in the Wine Stuber but each time they pushed to the breakfast room I wanted to enjoy the ambience of the wine bar not sit alone in the breakfast area. I pushed back and they begrudgingly let me eat in the wine bar. Rest of the hotel stay was excellent.

Excellent location in a great city for a day or two stop. Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely return!

Service is much better than I expected. Excellent housekeeping, great laundry service. Very good restaurant. The room is a bit dark and because the house is over 300 years old the placement of rooms have unusual configuration. Central and close to everything in the main square of old town.

Price / quality is a little bit overpriced compared to my experience with many other hotels. Unfortunately, I had to learn upon my arrival that the hotel car parking was full.

Great stay in this lovely town - hotel was perfect and very helpful (I had made some mistakes with my dates and they were very flexible). Highly recommend as right on stadtplatz, convenient parking, quiet rooms, plentiful breakfast.

Old (C16th ??) building beautifully adapted and recently refurbished. Welcoming and helpful English-speaking staff. Good breakfast. Couldn't fault it.T
