The reservation was made based on the details available and willingness to have pets. We arrived and the room was freezing with wind blowing in through ill fitting windows. So we put curtains against them to stem the cold. I was promised a heater as soon as available and went to the office for other information to find out the manager had forgotten my request as a heater was available. We left after one day of a three day booking, I am still waiting for my refund. Please dont try it, even if you cant get your pets with you elsewhere, which was our situation.

We have stayed 5 days and the service was excellent, the last day they have allowed us to keep the room until we come back from skiing, which was really great gesture and very rare for a hotel. The room was spacious and clean. In our room we had some very strange smell, they have reacted immidately.definitely recommended place for staying. the location is as well perfect and very convenient if you prefer staying nearby the gondola

Conveniently located approx 10 minute walk from the lift station these apartments offer a very comfortable base at astoundingly good value. They are warm and bright, comfortably furnished and are local to both the new commercial developments and a 10 minute walk from the charming old town of Bansko (our favorite place), where meals seems to cost about half and much as the same food in the new part of town. In addition to the comfortable guest rooms the hotel offers a (small) fitness room but a great sauna, ideal for recovering a full days skiing and also a lockable ski/drying room for your kit. There is no appreciable downside to the hotel BUT Bansko itself is in a state of "near readiness" with an plethora of half finished building plots littering the new part of town. It doesn't look as attractive as the Old Town but this is only a minor distraction more than recompensed by the charm and quaintness of the Old Town and the natural majesty of the Pirin Mountains. In summary we are already planning a return trip next year with a bigger party and would recommend it as a base to anyone wanting to ski on a budget without having to sacrifice any comforts.

A very nice block of appartments especially for those who are visiting Bansko for skiing. Only 5minutes walking distance from the gondola. The appartment was very warm, clean and cosy, with minimal furniture ikea style and an eqquiped kitchen to prepare breakfast or meal. Free wi-fi internet, ask for the code from the reception. We will definitely prefer it again for our next visit and also advise it to friends. Just have your laptop with you if you wanna watch a movie because most tv channels are bulgarian.

Stayed at gondala for a week in middle of January. They are studio aparments so you don't get any service as such but that was to be expected. The staff at the check-in desk were polite and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and well equipped. Only a few minutes walk to the gondala and various restaurants and bars.
