Very pleasant staff Close to all the location I needed and wanted to go

This was rented for a loved one and her report was favorable on these aspects.

I made the reservation but when my cab arrived in front of the hotel we decided not to stay here because of the environment around. It was around midnight on a Wednesday, prostitution on the street, homeless people making fire across the street and walking around… didn’t feel like a safe place to stay for two women and a kid. Our taxi said to us we should not stay here and helped us to found us a better place for the night.

Place extremely hot, the Ac in the room doesn’t work, it doesn’t NOT cool dow, very OLD ac. Stains in the bed sheet, scary location. Too FAR from airport, it should be listed as 1 star hotel

It was a short trip but been closer to the train station gets you anywhere on Sao Paolo.

Dodgy hotel, has seen better days. Adults only.

Not much to do in the area. Good if you have early departure from nearby Tiete bus terminal, which is only 15min away on foot. Hotel is quite simple and outdated but clean and staff is nice.

O nome condiz, não tem nada de palace. Na verdade é um motel. Até aí, nada de mais, mas a limpeza do quarto deixou muito a desejar. Tinham manchas no travesseiro, cabelo no chão, e privada com cheiro horrível. O banheiro foi o pior da minha vida. não tinha box, nem cortina para conter a água que inundou o banheiro, ficando inutilizável. Não recomendo para nada.

The pictures for this hotel are misleading. it is old and in a really bad neighborhood. Rooms are small and uncomfortable. The hotel staff are friendly but speak zero English. Breakfast is served fast and end room but the fruit is not fresh, disappointing for Brazil. The area around is not very safe

Bom hotel mas precisa melhorar pois as toalhas são muito velhas, a tv não ligava, o recepcionista impaciente para responder e a comida não sem gosto.

Na verdade é um motel; muito velho, precisando de reformas urgente. O atendimento da recepção é muito bom.

Recepção muito boa , pessoas muito atenciosas! Bairro com muitos perigos noturnos, tais como moradores de rua e músicas bem altos!
