Clean, modern, great value. Walking distance from the station

Room and everything, was super clean and in good condition. On the 5th floor also quiet. Love to come back!

I loved that it is so close to public transportation. The accommodations were perfect for us. It was nice to have a microwave, fridge, hot plate, and dishwasher. Dishes and pots and pans were also provided. The room was very clean. It was also nice to have laundry facilities on site. Lots of cabinet space. Would definitely stay here again!

Communication from the hotel was excellent, and the whole experience was easy. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The only issue was that I could not get the wifi to work during my whole visit, even following the directions to reset it. I didn't even attempt to ask for help though, so that's on me.

1.5 rolls of tissue paper is not enough for a 3 persons family which has been informed no refill. Tableware and cleaning facilities are excellent.

Unfortunately the whole stay was terrible. You have a feeling that you live in the metro station with those thin hearthrough walls. You hear hotel music in the nights inside of you’re room. My wife forgot card in the hotel, we were 2 people that got only 1 card. They tried to make her pay 1000 sek for opening her hotel room, sickest thing I have seen in Swedish hotels. There is no document control whatsoever. Anyone can go to hotel and they have no idea what are those people. I payed extra comparing to other deals to be close to both Stockholm and Arlanda, after trusting good reviews But it was a mistake to trust only 35 possibly fake reviews and book long stay there. No cleaning whatsoever in the hotel. Even if you book for 28 days. Extremely strange hygiene routine, I think in Sweden they must have it at least once a week to prevent serious hygiene problems. I could write more, but I think I described well enough level of that place, can’t call it hotel.

Mycket trevligt rum och tack för uppgraderingen🙏 Vi skall boka in för nästa period idag 20-25/2 hoppas vi kan få uppgradering igen❤️ Vi saknade extra kuddar och ett set av handdukar när man bor en längre period. Sofiene var fantastisk, vi frågade efter extra nyckel och vips så var det ordnat!

It was my first stay in the Arkaden hotel due to my regular hotel being closed down during the pandemic. From the moment I walked in , it was just a pleasant experience. I was greeted by the manager, who showed me to my room and explained everything to me . I also had an upgrade on my room which was quite nice . The apartments have a fantastic size , they are very clean , and the bathroom/ shower room was very clean , and had a good size . I will definitely come back , thank you so much for everything. It was a pleasure to stay in the hotel .

I really liked the fact that there is a bar/grill downstairs along with a Chinese and Lebanese restaurants.
