Staff was helpful, room was clean. Options for private or shared bathroom. Front door locked in the evening and no guests allowed, so safe for single travelers. Beer and water for sale and front desk, and a nice little balcony on the river. Short walk to the museum.

Property allowed us to check in late which was very kind of them. However, the property is old & run down. The hotel don’t choose their guests, but the ones next to us were extremely noisy with the TV on very loud leading to a poor night sleep due to the very thin walls & adjoining door not stopping any of the noise. Conveniently near the water taxis though

I had an excellent stay at Belcove Hotel. Very close to the water taxi terminal and very easy to walk there. The staff was very communicative through messages, and my room had excellent air conditioning and a clean bathroom. It also has a fridge and a nice terrace over the creek which was nice to look out from. They also sell cold water which was very helpful to me.

Very close to the marine terminal, convenient if you don t want to pays for a cab or waste Time on the road. Staff helpful and friendly.

Rough area of town.

On the wall in the entrance it says something like,”Welcome. Arrive as guests and leave as friends.” It is the experience of hospitality we had at the Belcove and learned bits of history and culture by speaking with staff.

It was a nice spot especially for the price! I think the only downside was not even really their fault, but there isn’t a lot of food options around so I ended up having to wait a few hours until I reached Caye Caulker to get food ( again not their fault!) It’s also SUPER close to the ferry to get to the islands which is a massive bonus!! Staff were really sweet and courteous.

This hotel has the kindest front desk and it provides beer and water at the front desk making it convenient the room is always immaculate clean and ready for use and very comfortable

The hotel is pretty rundown with no amenities at all, neighborhood is not safe at all, Sunday evening there were no restaurants open and the area was not safe either to walk to a restaurant. Would not recommend this hotel at all!

Room was clean and serviceable. Location was great for access to the ferry, restaurants nearby with really good food. The hotel staff were friendly and competent.

The price was double to what was advertised, there was no water and the electricity went off at 7pm until 9.20 pm, it could of been an episode of Fawlty Towers, I'm still confused as to where the deluxe part comes into the room ?

A/C was great, the room was set up beautiful & the receptionist ordered a taxi at my request for the next morning which was on time. Also, ice cold water & beer in stock there at a great price, thank you Belcove!
