Hotel and decor were delightful!

The pub had affordable food with lots of choices and good service

Breakfast & supper were excellent. Rooms very clean and a comfortable bed.

Property was clean and very well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. On site restaurant was good but with a long wait for service after being seated. If you use the pub for breakfast, don’t forget to tell them you are staying at the hotel as there is a discount ( never mentioned by the hotel staff)

Kwa'Lilas, unfortunately, did not meet our expectations. The hotel is beautiful, however, it is very dated, it needs to be updated. It felt very old, in which, the cleanliness of the hotel gets missed. We had very poor sleep due to the air conditioner was very loud, and if you had the window open, we heard people parking, coming and going all through the night, due to our room was on the road side. We had to make a noise complaint due to people arriving at 2:00 am and then people above us, sounded like the roof was coming in. The restaurant, HA'ME' was suberb! The pub in the hotel was casual and had pub food in which was good. Due to the awful sleep, we will most likely not be back.

Excellent service from the staff and a great bar.

All areas of the hotel were clean and new. All the employees were cheerful and accommodating.

Clean room and facilities. Unfortunately we arrived early and were asked to come back at 4pm( check in time). We returned at 4:20 and our room was not ready. Our room was ready at 4:45. The desk clerk was very apologetic. We had asked for a cot, apparently none available. I would have like laundry facilities, but none available. Small things. Nice quiet stay. Breakfast was very good!

Wonderful hotel! The staff were great, the rooms were very clean and the linens were excellent. The walking distance was great to downtown and we made it in time for Filomi days! Overall very impressed with our stay.

Surprised the cafe was closed on Sunday. Really appreciated the quiet hours from 9pm to 8am. The bed was very comfortable and the room nice and clean. A few herbal teas in the room would have been a bonus.

Beautiful and big rooms.

This is a lovely hotel in a convenient location. The art work around the property is incredible! Having a pub and cafe onsite is a bonus. Don't miss seeing the art gallery that houses fantastic local art.

Beautiful building with thoughtful touches throughout. The staff was very helpful. We were very happy the cafe was open before we had to leave for the ferry bright and early. Delicious sandwiches, baked goods, and coffee!
