Great location, spacious room, friendly staff

Chris and Glenn were wonderful and welcoming on our arrival. They let us check in to our room about an hour early on a particularly hot 90° day and that was so appreciated. Our room was beautiful, quiet, comfortable and clean. My son is looking at college in the area and I would certainly return to stay here if this is where he chooses to go. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Upon arriving at the property, the condition of the room and bedding was terrible. Even though we have paid for the night, we immediately left.

Nice historic place to stay, but the cleaning of rooms could be a little better

I can't say enough about this lovely B&B! It's a gorgeous, historic home, with grand rooms and fantastic service. Check in was a breeze, and included a tray of warm cookies in the lobby. We got a brass key for our king suite (room 5), which was spacious and royally appointed. Bathroom was clean and beautifully updated. The inn was walking distance to the downtown, where we walked to dinner. We happened to do a Kingston ghost tour, and the inn was featured as a haunted property - so keep an eye out for the resident ghost...

Beautifully decorated and well maintained. We enjoyed the comfortable room and accommodating staff that made our stay special. Breakfast was also plentiful and delicious, highly recommend a stay!

Wonderfully hospitable. No air conditioning, which was a minor problem during warm spring weather but would be a significant issue mid-summer!

Great communication. A wonderfully unique place right in the heart of Kingston. Beautifully restored and operated. Lovely breakfast. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful rooms, quiet accommodations. We quite enjoyed our stay

I got into my room and it was freezing cold. The only things to heat the room was a stupid small floor heater and 2 baseboard like heaters. There was no clock, no extra rolls of toilet paper or even a pen to write something down! I dropped something behind the table that the coffeemaker sat on and it was filthy dirty behind it. I was offered a different room but declind because I figured it wouldn't be much better than the room I was given In a nutshell, I would take my 585.00 and go to another hotel that at least had a clock and a stupid pen on the room. I would never stay at this place again.

We stayed in The Studio. The photos don't do it justice really. It was small-ish but had everything we could need, a place to sit, a small desk, fridge, fan and a spacious bathroom with a big tub. We enjoyed the breakfast and went back for coffee on our deck. Loved it!

Close walk to downtown restaurants and waterfront. Quiet area. Beautiful B and B. The room was clean, well appointed and very comfortable. Quality sheets, pillows and bed for a restful sleep. Breakfast was lovely with fresh fruit, yogurt, baked goods and an egg, croissant sandwich which the chef prepared for me. Hosts were welcoming, responsive and even left a gift in the fridge! Thank you for a wonderful stay. I would choose to stay here over impersonal chain hotels with low quality breakfasts any day!

We had another awesome stay at the Rosemount Inn. The service was friendly & effiencient, the breakfast as always was delicious. I would highly recommend staying at the Rosemount Inn to anyone wanting a central, comfortable & beautiful accommodation!

We had a really great stay. We wanted something other than a faceless hotel and the personal touches here didn’t disappoint. The breakfast was so good.

Loved the old feel of the house. Yet it was well maintained. Food was amazing
