The water came out of the faucet black. There were super sketchy people lurking around the parking lot.

Usually stay at a different hotel but decided to give this one a try. Arrived 45 min before 3 and was not allowed to check in until 3, not very accommodating as told them I was working nights and wanted to sleep. Had asked for a quiet room upon booking and at check in, was put on first floor with an adjoining room, both of which made room not very quiet. Room was nothing like pictures as they show updated rooms, mine was definitely not updated. Room was adequate. Base of toilet was dirty, they did a better job when cleaning my room. Unfortunately restaurant next door is closed. Not very walkable.

Nice place for a short stay

Always enjoy our stays here. Staff is friendly, rooms are clean, and overall good value. Definitely recommend

reasonable price for work trip

There were four to five people in staying and they put my husband and I in an adjoining room next to an older couple who had their tv blaring all night. We couldn't sleep well. Early in the am when the couple next door decided to get up I could hear their conversation word for word. I let the front desk know we had a terrible stay among. The front desk gentlemen advised he had contacted expedia and they would refund my stay. He couldn't as I had already paid to expedia. Called expedia a week later and they will not refund room. Complete nonsense. Won't book through expedia again and won't stay at that hotel either.

I had a hard time sleeping due to the highway noise. The room was spacious but could be updated a bit.

Office staff very helpful. Lots of towels and pillows.

Room 134 is a great room little fridge , hot plate, bed was comfy, coffee maker, and microwave. Staff was easy to deal with

Was a good stay, especially with easy parking and to get my kids in and out with the room being close to our truck

terrible customer service, would not let an employee check into his already paid for room at 11:30 at night and had to go and get another booking across the road.

Small but clean rooms

The property was exceptional; however, I paid $102.00 more by booking on Expedia. If I had just called the Carmel Inn instead of believing I was getting a deal on Expedia, I would have paid $102.00 LESS. Needless to say, I called Expedia to inquire about this discrepancy and was informed that they could not assist me. After using Expedia for many years .....I will NEVER use Expedia again!!!

Unfortunately the hot tub was not functioning properly so we weren't able to fully enjoy it. Although the wife did soak in the warm water.

Its Noisy place as have to leave the place at 5 as couldnt sleep whole night.
