I'll admit the Carmel is not overly fancy, but its VERY clean, has everything you need, and its exceptional value for the money. I will definitely be staying there the next time I visit town. I wish I had found it sooner.

Clean older motel Room had a musty smell and door could use adjustment. Could see light around it

I had a complaint about my room morning attendant said they’d fix did not a person offered new room and charge me the same right but the same problem was in that room told morning person. All they said was they let the person in the morning know. Based on complaints and lack of fixing other than switching rooms would not suggest to stay there again.

The room was horribly dirty. Dirt and crumbs along the wall, coffee pot had old coffee and grounds in it, soap scum in the bathtub and so many ants in 113 and 108. Also, dirty ear plugs and garbage on the floor in 108. The freezer in 113 had a gross red frozen patch that something has obviously leaked and wasn’t cleaned up and in 108 there was a crusty red stain on the sheets. I am very disappointed and grossed out and would like some of my money back.

Room was spacious & clean but a bit outdated. Checkin/out was super easy. Lots of parking. Very quiet area.

The truck parking lot had a lot of Craters maybe they coy level it out.

Parking was easy and wassecure. Kitchen had all needed utensils. Room was clean, cleaning staff left a note for their start time.

Key could be updated to cards

requested handicaped room. Room we were given was very awkward to navigate no walk in shower no comfortable chair for sitting

This is an older hotel that is clean and reasonably priced for our one night stay.
