People are what makes a stay special.

The staff was very nice and helpful we were new coming into town for fishing they pointed us in the right directions.

After a 13hr travel day, it was so nice to be welcomed by the amazing staff. Check in was seamless and the staff was so welcoming. Our room was clean and cozy. We had a great stay for 2 nights and will absolutely stay here again next time we make it out to Powell River.

Very nice people, beautiful view and clean room. The property looks older . But the room was very nice the AC was whisper quiet and very effective. Amazing sunset.

On arrival the room seemed cleaned but in a rough shape and subsequently noticed a very strong BO smell in room 7. Notified staff, and they moved me to room 5 which was in much better condition, clean and well ventilated.

Our room had cooking equipment. Pots and pans can be requested from yhe Office. Our room had no plates or bowls.

Loved all the amenities. Staff were super friendly & helpful. Loved that the check-out procedure was super easy!

misrepresented cost

Never used the kitchen but it appeared to be well stocked. Temperature controls in the room seemed to work great. Everything was nice and clean. A nice place to stay.

Kitchen was great. Had microwave, fridge freezer, hotplate, coffee maker and kettle. Even an air fryer. Had everything we needed. Place was clean and comfortable . I'd give the bed a top rating, slept really well. Although some aspects of the room was a little worn (floor/tub) I think the age of the property and price reflects this, so it wasn't something I would not have expected or was personally bothered by. Staff were fabulous. Really lovely, helpful and accommodating. Made the stay. Top rating. Would definately stay again.

The room was clean. For a kitchenette the room only has a hotplate for cooking and has everything else you need for amenities. The staff were all excellent and helped you with everything you needed. The property is so centrally located you can walk to so many shops, restaurants and a bowling alley. Minutes from the ferry!

The room was clean and had all amenities for us. We especially appreciated the easy access for the pets and enjoyed sitting outside our room to enjoy the view.

We had a great stay at this motel. The beds were very comfortable and we slept really well. The ocean view was beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and everything was convenient. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would definitely stay again.

This motel is old, probably 1960's or older, and maintenance has not been good. The cost per night is too high for what you get. It was quiet and we slept well. We were out all day so the stay was OK. But too expensive.
