The purpose of my trip was to help a family member move, so it wasn't to do cool things. That being said, the Kensington Market area of Toronto is just wonderful and 335 College is just at the corner of College and Augusta, the gateway to Kensington Market. 335 is a mixed use building. The first two or three floors are like an air. B and B, and the upper floors are apartments.
My room was small. I was alone, and it was just fine for one person, but could be tight for even a couple. I would not recommend this accommodation for a family. The room had a comfortable bed with great pillows. It had a pull out couch, but there was no room to pull it out. It was used as a chair. There was a fully operational kitchen. My room had a balcony which would be grand in the summer, but a bit chilly in winter. Sam's convenience store is next door, and a grocery down the street. The building is well situated for public transit. The 206 streetcar stops on the corner of Augusta and College. It is actually a bus. The 210 streetcar is close by, and the tube is close, too. There is a Budget rental nearby, and parking is rather pricey and at a premium. There are pubs and coffee shops across the street. Down Augusta, there is a United Natiinsof restaurant, coffee houses, bars,...
