The shower clogged up. Water was overflowing the entire bathroom. I asked to change rooms. The hotel is not full, but instead, they sent someone to dig up a nasty clump of hair clogging up the shower and didn’t change the room. So I had to deal with a flooded bathroom all night. Next day, I accidentally left my key card in the room and got a nice lecture that the hotel is not responsible if someone have access to the room when I leave the card in the room. Who else other than the hotel has access to the room? The area is also very dodgy. Do yourself a favor and spend an extra €50 and get a better place

Room and shower were clean and the location was convenient for the city. Sadly the road was very noisy late at night and early in the morning so if you are a light sleeper this is not the hotel for you

The ad said AC, but there was none. It was cool so no big deal. Staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. It's hard to give it above 3 stars because it's an older place that is quite small, but everything worked fine. Across the street are some clubs (cabaret?) so maybe not the best with kids, but it wasn't loud or unsafe.

Small tired room in a budget hotel but not at budget price. Extremely expensive for what it was. Area not very good. Noisy and dodgy , people hanging about outside. Not near the centre although very near the train station.

The location is very convenient for the station but it is on a street full of bars so it is noisy if your room is on the street side.

The person who greeted us was amazing, friendly and took the time to show us a map of all the spots to visit and food places to try. After that, it went downhill. The room stank of cigarettes and the window wouldn’t close properly to stop the smell. The shower was broken and the room was dirty. I question if the sheets were even changed

Close to train station.

The staff are great and the hotel is very close to the main train station as well as public transportation system. The bed in my room was very comfortable.

The room is extremely small. The plugs are not functioning properly. The TV is not working. The soap in the bathroom was so old that when I opened it, it became small pieces. Not great at all. I do not recommend.

Location is very convenient, 3 minutes from the train station and close to city centre. Rooms are very clean, warm and well furnished. The staff is very kind and helpful. Perfect service for a good price.

Definitely a 3 star as disclosed, set expectations accordingly. Attached restaurant had excellent donar Kabob, good value. Very close to Central train station. Bus service from airport to train station was good and inexpensive. For the right trip, a good value.

Great staffs and easy to find and access to the train station. I like that the hotel let us borrow the hotel umbrella for rainy day. The room was a bit tiny

It was ok facilities ok, the location is not the best on the main street of prostitutes, even if you go downstairs for a cigarette they approach you!!

I had a great 2 night stay in this hotel. The room was clean, well maintained and comfortable. The en-suite bathroom with shower was perfect. The view was perfect.
