The Sea Parrot Resort was quite and had a lovely setting along the water. However our greeting upon arrival was not friendly. The online description of the apartment was far from accurate. The inroom air freshener used was so strong it caused a headache. And lastly, the shower curtain was so dirty that it was an orange color at least 1 foot up all along the bottom. It hadn't been washed for probably a couple of months.

Great location & quality lodging. Very peaceful environment. Owner was very helpful & knowledgeable. Would love to re-visit when weather is a little dryer.

The location is breathtaking, right on the ocean. We shared the large hot tub with our friends. The accommodation was large and had everything we needed. The owners were very helpful and nice to talk to. Due to the previous weather the beach was inaccessible due to the stairs being washed away. Breakfast is no longer an option at this location but we were provided with coupons for a couple of restaurants in the area, both were excellent, The Clucking Hen, especially.

Beautiful ocean front location. Unit was modern and clean and offered excellent value. Dining options in the area are limited.

Very friendly owner - a pleasure to talk with Lonnie. Beautiful grounds. Sunrise is lovely coming up over the Atlantic. A nice place to call home the few days spent in the Cabot Trail. Hope to come back one day.

Spectacular views!

It was nice for our couples getaway with great views. The bed could be updated as we found it uncomfortable, but otherwise happy with our stay. Location and amenities were good.

We had a lovely stay at the Sea Parrot! Our room was clean and comfortable. The hot tub was great and the view is gorgeous. Would recommend !

Our host upgraded us to the cottage as my husband was too tall for the boat and it happened to be free. It was lovely and very clean right on the water. Everything we needed was there, including movies, cable, wifi, coffee and hairdryer, etc. I would happily return!

This is a Beautiful Place , very well maintain in an idylic setting. I would caution that the description is not absolutely forthcoming. I prepaid for a room with a double bed and a Queen bed (I have rechecked my itinerary to make sure ) what I got was a Queen and a Walmart style pull out bed, The real issue was that it was over a garage with 13 steep steps and my traveling companion was my 92 year old mother , who managed it like a trooper BUT. If you are able body this is a beautiful suite with a fantastic view spotlessly clean but not for the ederly! That shhould be made clear.

Truly a wonderful place to stay. Our room had a nautical theme that was well done. Everything was spotlessly clean. We had a balcony, a bubble tub in the bath and a hot tub outside. The property is located on the ocean with spectacular views. Breakfast chits were provided for a wonderful breakfast just donn the road a piece.

We had an excellent stay at the Sea Parrot. Our lake facing room was very comfortable with all amenities (fridge, microwave etc). Hotels.com website advertises the suite as having a double bed and a queen bed but in fact it is queen and a sofa pull out bed. it was not uncomfortable to sleep in but they need to make it evident at the start of the resot information. Somewhere in the description below it does say it is a pull out and this I had realized after concluding the booking. That said, Lonnie is an excellent hostess and we had some good conversations. Would highly recommend this resort anyone travelling to the Cabot Trails.

We felt very home when we stayed there. The staffs are very nice and they tried to do whatever they could to make guests happy.

Minuses - a little bit outdated and check in until 7pm Pluses (much more) - fantastic location and settings. Owner is a little bit rough, but if you find a way to her heart - you'll find fantastic host. And pancakes - never forget that taste - the best in the world

Wonderful gem! we were there for 3 nights and were so pleased with every aspect of our trip and stay there. Lonnie is an amazing host and a killer cook. Breakfast cooked to order; good food, good company with other guests. Definitely want to come back and stay longer :)
