Check in was great. Parking was nice to have but sorry we had to pay (our other guest in room number 14) Communication with staff was helpful! Breakfast would have been nice and cream for the coffee.

A relatively nice space and close to the Plains of Abraham, which is a beautiful city park, and walking distance to Old Quebec City, which is just stunning. Also, if you're going on tours, many of the buses leave from - or close to - Old Quebec City -- very convenient.

J’ai été franchement déçu par ma chambre lors de mon arrivé. J’avais réservé pour 5 jours. J’avais réservé une chambre supérieur . La chambre était très petite. La douche était brisé et ma fenêtre donnait sous une galerie avec une belle vue sur les poubelles. De plus le ménage était assez moyen. Je trouve les photos très mensongères sur le site. J’ai communiqué pour faire part de mon mécontentement. Le personnel a été très gentil et compréhensif cependant. Comme l’hôtel était plein, j’ai dû attendre deux jours pour être changé de chambre. La deuxième chambre était plus spacieuse et la salle de bain bcp plus grande cependant l’air climatisé menait bcp de vacarme. Donc je ne pourrai recommander cet hôtel malheureusement.

Absolutely loved staying hete

Our stay was amazing! The digital check-in was easy and our room is gorgeous. Anytime I had to reach out, they responded promptly and were incredibly helpful. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Great location. Very boutique feeling. There is no front desk staff on site, everything is virtual. No big deal, but might not be your thing if you’re not comfortable with that.

Our favorite place is now Quebec City and this hotel made out stay even better than we imagined as it's so close to all the restaurants and a short walk to the gorgeous center of town.a real gem

Good location. Halles Cartier good for breakfast. Not enough teabags in room. 20min pleasant walk to old Québec. Hard to find room pin in all the messages.

Amazing fancy hotel. Room was very clean and so pretty. Location is very convenient you can go to the old Quebec by walk about 30min. Very nice area (upper town) If you come by car they have a parking space (need $26+tax) I stayed only one night but I would like to stay more if I could … If I will back Quebec City, I definitely come back to this hotel! Check in is need some information from hotel you should check mail from the hotel!
