Location perfect for our needs. Place was clean and tidy. Few issues with ammenities.

The place is advertised as an executie suite???? The beds were basically on the floor with I don't know what stored underneath. The photos showed as if they had duvets and shams - absolutely not - old and raggy quilts.Picture shows a full length mirror - there were none. The cheap dollar store items provided in the washroom were useless - about 8 small tubes of conditioner - no shampoo and no soap of any kind. The shower current was the most disgusting thing I have everseen with about 3 inches of brown on the bottom of it. The bathtube actually had cigarette burns and mould in the corners. We could not get the tv or the wifi working the entire time we were there. I was required to send my private information (license and visa card) by email to allow my friends to check in and this was not required at all. So what was the purpose of putting my private information at risk???? I have travelled extensively and this is by the far the absolute worst money I have ever spent. My very first and last time using Pelican Stay!! You really need to pay attention to what disgusting places you are renting.

Extremely confusing check in. Some of the fixtures are broken in the unit.

Good - Great Location. Public transport, Downtown, places to visit, Restaurants- very close. Very good view of the city. very clean. Had HD curved TV, which was very good. Roku attached to TV, which gives lots of watching option. the kitchen has all required dishes/utensils. Customer service from Pelican was very good. They took calls without any delay, helped for any question/concern on TOP priority. Email communication before the stay was also very satisfactory and helpful. Not good - miscommunication while check in/check out with cleaners. Had to wait 10-15 min while check in and had to check out 15 min early than agreed time. Not a big issue as cleaners were friendly and tried their best. did not have soap for handwash or bath. Did not have laundry detergent or dishwasher liquid/detergent. they should have at least one small travel size laundry/dishwasher detergent so people can use it (At least to use it for a day or two). On Bed was little broken on the side, not a major issue as does not affect the sleep. On the website, it is mentioned as queen but was congusted, not good for people with kids.
