Was clean and staff was awesome, place is not far from places to go eat and shopping

Great location. Comfortable big bed. Nice big refrigerator. Fan in bathroom was noisy.

Clean room, parking is a little tight if you have a full size truck but manageble.

Convenient for arrival and exit

As the property is off the beaten track there was concern as to its standard - plus entry into car park not the best, but we were pleasantly surprised. Friendly staff greeted me, parking space right in front of room, which was quite rich looking in choice of bed decor and furniture. It was also clean with nice toiletries provided. A short ride wa needed to find restaurant- but we found a variety to choose from. All good for our needs.

Convenient for a short stay.

Everything seems newly renovated and very comfortable. The parking lot is a little tight, with just enough spaces. The staff were very friendly. Our only concern was the outside staircase is starting to deteriorate. That's probably the next renovation. :) We would definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was right on a main Street all night was screeching tires and transports. Bed was the worst I've tried to sleep on so old and uncomfortable spring mattress won't be staying again for $150 a night on top of the they decided around 10 pm to get supplies out of their storage right beside my room and their voices echoed through the room till they finally left the storage room. Never slept a wink and had a medical procedure to have to go through the following morning. Next time rent a more expensive room!! Screw that

The place was clean and well maintained, renovated and the staff super friendly and very accommodating.

Rooms are very clean

The room was very clean. Had everything we needed for a nights stay. Exterior stairs for second floor rooms are a bit rickety. The railing seemed unsteady😳 Our room had two double beds and they were very comfortable as were the pillows. Slept well. Shower had great water pressure.

Because of renovations at this property, the wonderful staff had moved us to their neighboring property…..no extra charge! We were not inconvenienced in anyway because of the very kind & friendly staff. We will be returning on our next visit to Sudbury!! Thank you 😁✌️

The room is always clean! The staff is so kind. They take very good care of the property, always taking care of the snowy steps and sidewalks. Great place to stay!
