The Bed was so uncomfortable. I saw this complaint and was thinking of canceling but then figured everyone is different so I would give them a try. I was very disappointed and had to pay for an other hotel for the rest of my trip.

The bathtub and hot tub were not very clean. The dishwasher was not empty. No flat sheet for the bed. Also the tv was not set up. I had to set up the Roku myself. The kids likes the pool.

Poor condition of unit

Place is good, just the bed quality was terrible, my wife and I woke up with pain everywhere, first time this happens after +20 nights in different hotels. Otherwise pool, spa qas great, personal at front desk great

I liked everything. The space was way way bigger than advertised and would easily have slept 8-10 people. They did everything they could to make sure it was a pleasant trip. Very much thanks. I will definitely be staying there every time I visit MSA!

Run down. No maintenance done.

This could be a great spot if they spent some money maintaining it. The sauna wasn’t working, the hot tub unclean and generally the facilities need some renovations to bring them i to the 21st century. Our unit was satisfactory but the place needs some TLC, given that we’re being sold a place with a pool and other attractive amenities that are dysfunctional.

Housekeeping very poor: hairs in the sheets, nail on the bathroom counter Condo functionality: bed not made on arrival, heat pump remote not working, frozen window left slightly open, few Kleenex tissues left with no extra box, very old bedspread that could be renewed

It wasn’t clean for that money and everything was like antic and smelled weird the bathroom in the pool was dirty with poo. I’ll never go back there.

Great! perfect location for skiing and visting Quebec City. easy check-in after hours. staff very helpful. great common spaces and amenities.

Card keys didnt worked on our last night, our check in was 1hour late and there is no wifi!

Great spot overall. Only complaint is wifi did not work in the unit - only at reception.

Really not worth the price: we froze for 4 days; the free WI-FI was not working in the room, it was only available in the lobby; the coffee cups were stained; there were no oven mitts; the sheets were clean but old and thin; food and an eyeliner were found under the sofa cushions; no salt, pepper or sugar provided (they consider it as a condiment). We really regretted renting there.

By the time we arrived there was no one at reception though it was anticipated but the main issue was there was no wifi working in the room and we didn't have enough pillows for the number of guests we had to wait till next morning to ask for a pillow. The wifi didn't work the whole duration of stay even after multiple complains.

Decent place in a great location. Our only complaint was the pool closed early (5pm) on Sunday which made our after biking soak not possible.

When you look up Condos Val Des Neiges it gives a different address and shows a different property, the much newer condos next door. My air conditioner was broken, the toilet was dirty, the room smelled of sulpher upon entry, the staff was unhelpful when these matters were brought up. We also had light bulbs out in the room, water damage and broken trim in the bathroom, peeling paint, and a tiny tv that barely worked.

Desperately in need of updates. Jacuzzi wasn’t working. Dirty and smelled bad.

When I arrived at Val des neiges, they told me that they relocated me 2 km away to another apartment building that has nothing but bedrooms. No swimming pool, no hot tub, no game room. The entrance stunk like vinegar. I had hard time finding parking. There was no toaster in the apartment. Not enough towels. Barely enough plates. I would have appreciated if they have told me that I was relocated to a mediocre place. We were 2 families that were split apart. Terrible vacation. Bad management, did not even offer any compensation.

The place is amazing. Would definitely use it again except that i hope next time their internet would be faster.
