Love this place. Only place I go to in niagra falls

very nice owner, rooms were clean and very good maintained. It was convenient to me and my friends that clifton hill was right there.

Price reflects condition. Clean but very poor water pressure, old bath fixtures.

Called to check on pool told it was just unheated was full of leaves and algae. Wanted us to pay for ice or provide our own bag to fill. No satellite TV was sporadic plugs all black and would not charge or hold a plug.

People running it, very nice. Room was water damaged, repairs not done probably. Yes room was clean. Didn't smell. We definitely got what we paid for. Walking distance to clifton hill. Rooms seemed pretty sound proofed to me

Pros: Convienient location, just north of Clifton Hills attractions. Friendly and helpful Caribbean day-time attendant. Firm and clean beds (smell of chlorine - good sign). Budget pricing (relative to others). Quiet evenings. Cons: Toilet had to be flushed 2-3 times and reservoir takes half a minute to start filling up. Some extra weird neighbours. Cranky evening/overnight attendant. Wonky uneven wooden first set of stairs leading to 2nd floor. Very bare bones offering.
