Very clean, but needs renovation

Gorgeous location, fairly priced within walking distance of the Rocher Percé.

The room was clean and comfortable. What was really lacking was the upkeep of the exterior. The yard was overgrown, weeds were growing throughout the grass and through the steps and deck. The porch which looks inviting in the pictures was badly in need of paint and bushes were overgrown. Overall, the feeling was that we’d arrived at a dilapidated unkempt place in a town where everything else is pristine. I know the owner has mentioned that he likes a natural and environmentally friendly environment, which I appreciate, but there’s a difference between natural and run down. When you pull up to the place you’re spending money to spend a few days, you don’t want to feel that no attention has been paid to make the property look attractive. Zero curb appeal.

The room was clean and conveniently located. This was our first experience at a self check in hotel but instructions were provided and easy to follow. The shared kitchen was a bit bare bones but otherwise well maintained.

Small but comfortable and clean room in guest house. close to all amenities. Unfortunately most restaurants and bars were closed on Tuesday. No staff in facility. Parking was great. Kitchen lacks stove.

Great spot. Nice walk along the water and the view of Percé Rock is spectacular!!

Excellent location, easy parking, charming.

The owner is so nice. The place is cute with a kitchen to use and several tables. Its right across from percè rock. What a beautiful location! Extremely clean! I would definitely stay here again. And really id book direct! The town is so peaceful and location is excellent.

I had the view of the Percé Rock from my window (room 2, 2nd floor). The room very clean and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. Nobody is working there, it’s all automated doors.

Beautiful beyond belief. The kitchen and the porch allowed a great start to the morning and the proximity to the Rock and Percé's many shops and restaurants was extremely convenient.

The house is old and therefore noise insulation is inexistant. The windows are old and thin, you can hear every step in the room above yours... it was not terrible but I can't say it was great.

It was an incredible room, within walking distance of an amazing cafe on the way to the boat docks. Thank you!

Chez Rose Belaid was a very quaint guest house. Therese was great at providing us with infornation about the area. The house provided access to a kitchen. The room had a kitchen and a moni frifge. It was awesome! Janice
