Very clean and nice friendly stafg

Large clean rooms with lots of space to unwind at the end of the day. Great service.

Had the kitchenette. Fridge, stove, dishes. Separate room with two double beds. Clean. Fresh. Couch in main room was a foldout bed. Back door of the suite opened to the pool area which looked great. We arrived late and left early, so didn't use it. Decent place to stay at a reasonable rate.

The outdoor pool area was nice and location was great! Great budget motel!

They need a key drop box so you don't have to wait for office to open to check out. Other then that would stay there again

The motel was very clean and the pool and outside area was also pristine. There are lots of chairs and loungers and tables available. We had beautiful sunshine and enjoyed our time by the pool. The motel is very close to the beach and to various restaurants.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Riverside Motel. The room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed, including a handy kitchenette (we mostly just used it for drinks, but it was still a great bonus). The beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of storage space and outlets, which made things really convenient. The room also had a good AC unit and a TV with cable, which made it easy to relax after a long day out. The location honestly couldn’t have been better—just around the corner from the lakefront and the river channel float, which made everything super walkable and fun. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we noticed they were actively keeping the property clean and well-maintained outside every day, which we really appreciated. Parking was easy and convenient, and overall the whole stay just felt smooth and stress-free. We genuinely loved it and would happily stay again.

Wonderful gem and great location

Its Great that Hotels only show positive reviews. booked a room then we got lost trying to find it because both our phones died on the way there. They said it was too late to check in then they ended up charging my card anyway and won't answer or return my calls. I'm still trying to get my money back.

Very dated property. Small space. No bathroom fan, no towel hooks. Layers of paint over paint. You get what you pay for.
