I am giving a 5+ for all the wonderful amenities in this bed and breakfast. Staff- wonderful; rooms-spotless; breakfast- delicious; decor- beautiful. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Wonderful location - easy walk to the WeGo, and a super short ride to all the area attractions from there. Wonderful staff, beautiful building. Showers were amazing and so were most of the breakfasts! The bed and pillows were a little too firm for my preferences - and at breakfast time several mornings they seemed rather under-staffed. One morning there simply wasn't any open table for us despite coming down at the time per-decided the day before, so we had to go back to our room and wait a while before coming back down for breakfast. Seems like they could use an extra staff member in the mornings when they get busy.

Beautiful B&B in convenient location with wonderful breakfast options.

Beautiful B&B type hotel. Love the old-style architecture, and the homemade breakfasts were great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Only minor thing was the hotel was not as conveniently located to WeGo stops as I had hoped, not bad, but a tad far after a long day of walking.

Beautiful boutique hotel. Room was lovely and spacious. There was no fridge in the room but, other than that, this place gets a huge two thumbs up from us!!!

Basement rooms very damp and musty.

This property is conveniently located within walking distance to the falls, attractions and connecting Go bus. The Via Rail train and bus station are about20 minutes walk or a short taxi. The Niagara Grandview is a truly wonderful venue. The room is spacious and comfortable, a delicious breakfast is served in the dining room and the staff are super friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Very nice place to stay. Clean. We had a good time. Breakfast pastries in the AM were amazing! Ice machine could use an upgrade since no mini fridge was in our room. Overall I recommend this place and would stay again.

Excellent hotel

Beautiful restored small boutique hotel. Very spacious and attractive room. Bed, pillows, and bathroom amenities were excellent. Fantastic shower and water pressure! Loved that a made to order breakfast was included, great danishes. Check-in person was very harried and could have been more customer friendly - especially about having to select breakfast choice and time NOW …but she got the job done. The grounds landscaping needs some TLC. Unfortunately we were only there for one night, and at a wedding for most of the time, so we had very limited time to enjoy the hotel but we would definitely return and stay for a bit longer.

Great breakfast in a beautiful dining room. The hotel gives an impression of luxury. Room was spacious, but the bed felt more like a double than a queen size and the mattress was too soft for us. The hotel is in a quiet area yet close enough to the falls area

The property shows a bit of wear. The grounds surrounding this beautiful building are in need of some love and attention, again. We had a sense this property is lacking some of the attention needed to be it's best, particularly outdoors. Breakfast was fantastic, made to order and our hostess and chef gave us their best! Thank you!

Disappointed with room in basement, clearly there had been a leak in the ceiling which had been repaired and a humidifier was provided but didnt work. The chest of drawers had knobs with long screws on which i nearly cut myself several times and they did not close properly. The shower was very powerful but the bathroom was very small compared to the photos shown on the website. Provided with small bath towels. The terrace outside was open to everyone so no privacy if you opened your curtains. We stayed 3 nights in July and our room and bathroom was not cleaned and beds not made, only towels were changed. We mentioned this to Receptionist but did not get any further feedback. Breakfast was freshly cooked - you need to book a slot for breakfast and if you come late there is hardly any pastries/fruit left - it is NOT replenished. We found the pillows uncomfortable but they couldn't provide us with alternative pillows. On the final day we had lots of ants on our bedroom floor and we alerted the Receptionist. She said no one from maintenance was available. We asked for a hoover, but she did not have access. She came with dustpan and brush and bug killer which we didn't want to spray as we were sleeping in the room. There is no management at this property and we were quite disappointed with the room and service. We went there to celebrate my wifes 50th birthday and even added this on the booking, however, still given a poor room in the basement.

Nice b&b , clean and quiet with an excellent shower Breakfast options limited and had to be ordered the night before . The food looked nice good but had issues ie raw onion in quiche or fridge cold berries in warm crepes Very off putting to receive a notice upon check in asking that we do not eat snacks in our own room .

Great experience at this location! Breakfast was great, service was excellent, nice place to stay!

This place is absolutely amazing! The room was big and bright and beautiful, and the whole inn itself is just amazing! We will be back for sure!
