Very good location and property

We were on the second floor and had a wonderful view of both Percé Rock and Bonaventure island. Unfortunately or fortunately, the hot hazy day and morning fog gave the view a surrealistic quality. Fishing boats along the shore in the morning rain also added to the local flavours. Hotel located a short driving distance away from ‘downtown’. Room was comfortable with all amenities. We awoke to listening to the rain on the roof! The sun appeared after breakfast for the rest of our activities.

The room was very clean. However, we were given a smaller room than booked (only one double bed when we booked two) and also moved to a secondary building that looked older. There is no air conditioning but the room was quite cool with the water breeze at night. There was also no coffee pods although there was a Keurig machine

Le staff est vraiment super, accueillant et efficace — ils nous ont même dépannés à la dernière minute, gros point positif. Mais pour le reste, ça suit pas en 2026. Vue exceptionnelle et emplacement très intéressant, relativement proche du centre-ville. Le personnel est vraiment accueillant et efficace, et ils ont su nous dépanner à la dernière minute, ce qui est très apprécié. Cependant, la chambre est assez ordinaire et mériterait une mise à niveau. La télévision est décevante, le Wi-Fi est lent, et il n’y a aucune borne de recharge pour véhicules électriques, ce qui est difficilement acceptable en 2026. Le stationnement est aussi en mauvais état. L’insonorisation est un autre point faible : on entend facilement les voisins, ce qui peut nuire au confort. Globalement, l’hôtel reste calme, mais la qualité des chambres et des installations ne suit pas. Malgré ces défauts, le prix d’environ 500 $ pour deux nuits demeure acceptable compte tenu de la vue et du service reçu.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even stayed till late to help us check-in. The rooms were clean and had stunning views of both the Perce Rock and Bonaventure Island. The breakfast was also very delicious with lots of vegetarian friendly options.

Great to be able to see the rock from room window. Too many stairs for people with mobility issues. Staff on that evening unfamiliar with the property so unable to change rooms. Tried to deal with 3 separate guests at the same time. Close parking an issue.

Breakfast buffet was worth the extra.

This was another very clean simple hotel room. It had a nice deck and the view was fabulous.

Room was clean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't stay for the breakfast but there is one offered at the hotel. We didn't have pets with us. Room has a beautiful view of Perce Rock - even better than what I was expecting when I first saw the photos on the website 😃 Perce Rock, the beach, the supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. The only small complaint that I have is the didn't have a microwave.

Great experience in a beautiful location. Quiet setting and friendly staff offering a great buffet breakfast available worth staying each morning. I definitely recommend this place!
