Lovely warm welcome on arrival. Room however was disappointing with dirty valance on 1 of the beds which was also very squeaky with minor movement. Property needs maintenance to bring up to 3 stars. Overpriced for what was provided. Really hope they can bring property up to a better standard for future guests.

Location is great and facility is quiet. The breakfast hit the spot.

We liked it so much we decided to stay here an extra 4 days. The staff were super accommodating and went out of their way to work out the details for us. The room was clean, modern and quiet. We had a nice patio to sit on and have a coffee in the morning sun. Road construction was a bit of a deal around the place, but the hotel is definitely worth seeking out through the road work. Truly appreciate all the help the staff provided. Makes us very happy!

Amazing and affordable option for group trip!

It is an older hotel but was well kept and friendly. Great location for walking downtown Comox.

My overnight was as expected. I would definitely stay here again. Staff were lovely.

This is a motel. The staff I met were nice. The location of the motel is close to the main road. The room was clean & spacious. Had the usual mini fridge (good size, a little bigger than the smallest), microwave & coffee machine. Overall, the room was fine, liked less the fact the motel was close to the main road as you definitely hear the cars passing by. And I thought all rooms had a view, but no just the 2nd floor.

We had a wonderful stay with a wonderful room. The pool was very nice as well. The air conditioning on a hot day was ice cold and amaaazing.

Older motel but clean and very friendly staff from a green location

Good location, close to friends, but a little out the way, construction on roads. Good coffee, breakfast ok.

The Lovely young woman from Comox, was on the ball the hole time. The maintenance gentleman. He took my keys back to the office and got them calibrated for my door . Both of these people loved there jobs. That says a lot.

Road construction, for next 2 years, made if impossible to take direct route of 15 minutes and had to take detours every time of more than 30 minutes. Mirrors, TV screen, windows dirty, carpet badly stained, mediocre breakfast.Nice staff.

We have stayed here multiple times. Great customer service, easy check in, and close to the airport. Little outdated, but price seems to reflect what you’d pay at a larger inn/hotel.
