Rooms where clean, and air conditioning very helpful. We were able to park by our outside door. Helpful because my husband and I both have problems with walking and climbing stairs. He has a cane and I have a walker. Close to eating and shopping, but we can't do it much at all. Quite a night for sleeping which was very appreciated. Even day time was quite as well. Will book there again.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. Room was clean. Bed and pillows could be improved. Did not like the dark brown sheets and dark room. White sheets and a lighter bedspread would make the room brighter

No ice machine or Pop. No face clothes

The pictures that were posted were not of the room I was booked for. They advertise their newly renovated rooms but stick the people that book online in the old rooms that smell weird and need renovations badly. I felt very unsafe in that room, I was on edge all night, especially with random banging sounds all through the night. If they would’ve posted the pictures of the actual rooms I would have never booked at this motel. I feel extremely ripped off, with the way the room looked it shouldn’t have been more than $50 for a night.

Not fancy but well run, clean, and decent -- a good place to stay in Thunder Bay.

The room was very clean, fridge was very cold to store our drinks.

The room was clean. It was quiet. Bed was comfortable. Missing a bath mat for the floor. So had to use one of the towels. Lots of parking.

Was very disappointed to wake up at 3am to the smell of marijuana smoke in our room which lasted for a good couple hours. The room was okay, but we did not feel it was worth the price paid.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, quiet for a good night rest. Staff were very friendly, Parking was adequate for all guests

Hotel is dated and no amenities to speak of. Only stayed one night.
