The hotel was amazing, the room is surprisingly spacious, even though it looks small, your big luggage can be stored under your bed (if you're not bringing your partner). The staffs were friendly and kind, despite being some language barrier. Breakfast were good too, they always changed them everyday. And the area was extremely calm and quiet, it's more like a local area. The hotel was also a bit brand new, maybe 2 years old? Easily walkable to the station. And some nearby some shops. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Amazing always working staff. Helpful welcoming ehennu enter .. when you leave..all hotels shud model these service excellence staff in tenri . I joined Toyoko Inn club I recommend it as u can check in 1 hr early .

Excellent service , the staff are on their toes and always catering immediately .this Toyoko has 5 star staff welcoming u in our way in and in your way out . I had a. Roken kettle and immediately a new box and kettle was provided . They helped me switch rooms RTO a better view of the tenri temple .

Excellent hardworking staff always cleaning when there's no check-ins , food though is scarce ...for breakfast , no fruits , no jams, no orange juice , hotel is brand new and kept new .water in vending machine remained empty , there r 2 conbenis about 300 metres at jr rail STN .

great value for money, there us a language barrier at check-in but nothing that you cannot overcome, Note to tourists arriving by car: you need to ask for a special card if you want to go out of the lot and return, adn you need to ask for it at the front desk

何回か利用している。 風呂が広く、他のビジネスホテルより快適。 施設が新品同様綺麗。 フロントが親切。

東横インは初めてでしたが快適でした。

駅からも近く非常に便利でした。 お部屋も綺麗で、また利用したいと思います。

部屋もキレイで過ごしやすかったです。 宿泊者用の駐車場はありますが価格が周辺駐車場より割高でそこが残念でした。 徒歩圏内のコインパーキング利用したのでいいですが。

チェックイン/チェックアウト時のフロントの方の対応がとても丁寧で、気持ちよく過ごせました！ありがとうございました。

Room is a bit small. l went there early that day, lots of parking spaces on 1st and 2nd floor, but l was not allowed to park there, l had to drove up to 3rd floor! And no elevator in the parking building!
