The property is well located at the centre of the town. Also, the staff were eager to help. Unfortunately, when we arrived to the hotel and they didn't have a clue about our reservation. Luckily, there was a cancellation and they could give us a spare room. The staff at reception said that it was not their fault, but an error with the reservation app. I hope they can fix it because otherwise our stay at the hotel was pleasant.

On the plus side, the room was big and clean, even come with a balcony. However, the room was equipped with the minimal basic, not tooth brush, nor tooth paste, nor aircon or even a fan. The real downside is that in the city center around a very noise area. I was getting awake often 'cause the noise coming from the street. A suggestion to the hotel is to provide each room with some disposable earplugs.
