Great property but be warned, no one after hours is there to greet you. After hours in my case was 7 pm. Though the next day, the maid was gone and no one there by 3 pm. Ideally you have communicated before on WhatsApp and have both the door code and the room code recorded. If not, assuming you have cell, you can do it like I did and call from the door and do everything remotely. Too complicated for me to do in English but someone was available who could take the call The place was clean and very affordable. The maid let me hang out on the main floor, after she left for the day. I had a late evening flight and I let myself out.

The front deck lady tried to be nice with me, buy i don't why she don't found the payment of my reserve, and she call the owner of the hotel. The owner asked to talked to me, and he was so rude saying to me that i don't paid my reserve, and i have to paid for my stay again. He continue in the same actitud and i said to him, before i start any trip i pay for my reservation by hotels.com app, and he told me, you have to contact Hotels.com and they have to contact me and said me that you paid already, otherwise you have to paid for the room again. I told to him, i don't have phone service here, because my phone is from Puerto Rico. So if you have any dude, you could contact Hotels.com to check. And after and hour of waiting the owner, called to the front deck lady and told her i'm good to stayed, and everything was already paid. The hotel was in a danger area, and the interior was so simple, and not good facilities... sad to said, but i really don't recomed it to nobody else.

El hotel en realidad funcionaría mejor como un Airbnb, es pequeño y las habitaciones pequeñas y sin ventilación ni luz natural. Está ubicado en medio de un ruidoso vecindario y si es fin de semana peor aún ya que hacen fiestas los vecinos hasta muy tarde por la noche. El staff es lo único bueno.

El lugar es excelente, las camas son como aparecen en la foto, la habitacion con suficiente espacio y muy comoda y no solo la ubicacion es buena porque hay comercio relativamente cerca(3-8 min caminando), lo mas importante, la excelente atencion de sus duenos y del personal, bellisimas personas todos. el lugar es muy limpio y cuenta con laundry, muy buen desayuno y la mejor disponibilidad para ayudarle y orientarle en especial a quien no conoce el area y sus costumbres.

We booked the room and got there and THEY WERE CLOSED. No one was there, door were shut and the lights were off

Really nice budget accomodations. Stylish interiors and extremely friendly staff. The elephant room lacked hot water. To enter and exit you need to knock on the door.

I believe that because of my late checkin my checkin was very stressful as there was no English understood

They gave me a room downstairs in the main floor next to the kitchen and the stairs . Even at 1:00 am you could hear somebody prepping things in the kitchen . I told the person who walk me to the room ; that it was going to be too noisy, she said , noooo . Could not sleep at all with all the noises . At 5 am the owner was giving orders to the employees at the top of his lungs . When I went to eat breakfast in the morning, I comment to him about all the noise ; and he said that was the only room they had available. That room should not be available to costumers specially not to Hotels.com guest . It was a terrible night and worst morning . The kitchen in the morning is next door to the room and preparing breakfast for the guest ; constant noise . Very disappointed. I felt ripped off . I needed a nice quite night to sleep and rest and did not get any of that . Thank you for attention to this matter

It was just an on overnight stay. If you are flying in on a late or after midnight flight, contact the them directly not via hotels.com. No one was waiting to pick me up, that was really stressful at that time of the night.

The only place we stay now in Bogota. The staff is so lovely and accommodating. The property is clean and in a convenient area. Rooms are comfortable with everything you need. We love this hotel.

We did not stay here because we ordered a suite with two bedrooms but was given one bedroom with a kitchen living room area but there was no dishes to eat in or silver ware not even a tv in this room only a small pull out sofa, no table and chairs. Plus there was an area between the rooms that I really can't explain but the connecting room (to a different suite( was by a glass door that you could see through and hear what the guest was saying. We complained and they were told to arrange for us to stay some where else with the same accommodations. When we arrived at the hotel that was supposed to have our new reservation we had to wait about 30 min. for them to get it and then we were only given a room with a king bed, no suite, no cooking or microwave. It didn't even include breakfast. Also the area was not good

Not air conditioning. Change the bed lines before 5 nights. Tower are in bad conditions. The administrator want to charge extra service to request for taxi or uber personnel. Offer a buffet breakfasts, and its not true.

Small family run hotel that also treats you like family. Very clean. Very quiet.

The ladies at the front desk were so nice a willing to help. Breakfast was delish

We had a great time at Agora Suites, perfect location for our needs. personnel was very friendly, and very helpful with our family needs. we will return.
