I wanted to start by saying this place was one of reality amazing, the staff from the cleaner, restaurant front desk all of them wanted to help if we needed any help. I ask for water I’ll get it delivered o. The spot I had a question I was answered right away There others that their help was beyond my expectations, very thankful it was joy staying and sad we had to leave Again thank to tha amazing entire staff

The staff is very pleasant. Nice hotel in a small town, with a mall next to it. Restaurant at the hotel is very good too.

The staff were excellent, helped us with nearby restaurant options and also arranged a taxi for us. Room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good too.

Hotel located in the center of town; thus, convenient for shopping

Overall it was a good stay. Hotel is nice, clean, has good amenities, breakfast is good and the complimentary stuff is also good. The only bad things were the poor wifi signal, my phone kept getting disconnected, and the noise. Doors are not very soundproof so you can hear people outside all the time, the roofing option is not the best because from my room you could hear the rain hitting the roof, as if there was a constant leak the whole night and in the morning you hear the breakfast area crystal clear as if you were there, it definitely wakes you up. Something should be done about the noise in some rooms.

Great hotel to stay for the weekend, onsite restaurant, near by shopping area. Clean facility comfortable beds.

The room was great ! Clean modern, decorated nicely. But cold ! And lots if street noises! The service was excellent! Especially luis at frount desk . He was there all the time and working in every area of the hotel ! Hes a credit to this hotel ! The food was very good ! Only one complaint! Our first day the Water was off form 3.00pm to 10.00 pm

The hotel was very good but the area has a street market around the corner. Told unsafe to walk this area. No restaurants near.

Hotel bonito habitación muy fria

Hot water took forever, you need to run the shower for 10 minutes before it warms up, wasting water. Got only 1 towel for 2 people. Registering at front desk is a very long process, took almost an hour!!!

Nice location in central city. Only issue was with time it took for hot water to flow for showers. Staff was very helpful in all aspects.

Hotel central pero sin ventanas para impedir el ruido. Difícil dormir en este hotel. No se puede descansar bien.

Excelente opción de hotel en Ipiales. Buen gimnasio para uso de huéspedes. El desayuno no está mal pero primer día los huevos estaban fríos, al segundo día me los entregaron bien. Parqueadero subterráneo. Bebida caliente todos los días y dos botellas de agua de cortesía, además de un cojín con agua caliente para la cama todas las noches me parecieron un detalle de fina coquetería. Los felicito por eso. El wifi no me llegaba ai habitación lastimosamente. Tuve que usar la red del teléfono móvil. Fue lo único que espero que mejoren y más cuando uno va por trabajo
