Perfect place for rest, peace, and quiet. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The view is incredible — rainforest and ocean views with amazing sunrises and sunsets. Comfortable rooms with excellent beds/bedding and good AC. Hosts are very friendly, but also respectful of privacy. The pool is amazing with twice as many loungers as ever needed so there is always a good place to relax. Delicious breakfast. The roads are bumpy and the final approach is steep, but a 4X4 car can handle it, no problem.

This was the cherry on top of our already amazing trip!

Gorgeous property, proprietors are lovely and helpful, beautiful views, quiet, stars…. Only 4 bedrooms so a really quiet and relaxing property. Highly recommend!

The view is exceptional, breathtaking. Corrine and her husband are the best hosts ever. They made us feel welcome right away. They have 2 dogs, well trained and very sweet. I have no complaints about our stay. The best of our trip.

Unsere Zeit im La Colina Pura Vista war einfach wunderbar. Schon die Anreise ist ein kleines Abenteuer – mit einem 4x4 empfehlenswert, da die Straßen nicht optimal ausgebaut sind. Doch die Ankunft belohnt mit einer traumhaft schönen Anlage und einem fantastischen Ausblick. Die Unterkunft wird von zwei sehr herzlichen Franzosen geführt, die eine einladende Atmosphäre schaffen. Die Anlage ist liebevoll gestaltet, ruhig gelegen und ideal zum Abschalten. Wir verbrachten drei Nächte im modern und hochwertig eingerichteten Deluxe Bungalow mit Klimaanlage und geteilter Küche – perfekt für Privatsphäre und Entspannung. Spontan verlängerten wir um eine Nacht im Chalet, das einfacher, aber naturverbundener ist – inklusive der faszinierenden Geräusche des Dschungels. Ein Highlight war die Tierwelt vor Ort: grüne Papageien, Kolibris und Langschwanzhäher. Dazu das fantastische Frühstück mit selbstgemachtem Baguette, Marmeladen, Smoothies und Gallo Pinto. Es war der perfekte Start in den Tag. La Colina Pura Vista ist der ideale Ort, um die Natur zu genießen und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Un oasis. Perfecto para estar rodeado de la naturaleza, con montaña y playa a la vista. Una atención muy amena que hace de la experiencia un momento inolvidable. Se respira mucha tranquilidad al tener poca cantidad de huéspedes. El desayuno es muy balanceado y rico.

Es war alles so wie wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Tolle Aussicht zum Meer. Morgen sund Brüllaffen in der nähe oder auf dem Gelände. Es fab ein reichhaltiges Frühstpck und gutes Abendessen. Es war alles super.

This is a fantastic place for a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Our cabin was really comfortable. A lot of wildlife just behind the cabin. A hotel with currently only 2 cabins and 1 room but big enough to host many more people you really have your peace. A nice pool from edict you can watch the sunset. And the beach is maybe a 5 mins drive away. We normally walked there. Deserted. Fantastic warm water to swim in. The sea is a bit rough at times. But there is a little bay to swim in. A few locals. The rare tourist. Food excellent at the hotel every evening. There are just a few outside the hotel options and we found it most relaxing to have Laurent cooking for us ;). Good bar. Good drinks. The two hosts are excellent. Corinne and Laurent. Their dog and cat. You start feeling part of their family. Almost wanted to move there ;) We will come back again. Can fully recommend it. It is exactly what it is marketed. Don’t expect party. Don’t expect a lot of entertainment. But expect nature you can walk in. Wildlife. Empty beaches. And to leave totally relaxed. Ps: recommend a 4x4 car. Ours was not. Was ok in dry season. Only had to push it twice ;)

This really is an unique place, which gives you the feeling of privacy and quietness, something very different from anything else we experienced in Costa Rica. There are a few restaurants in the area, but we would definitely recommend to have dinner at the Colina Pura Vista. This place has a beautiful view of Playa San Miguel, which is less than a 5 minutes drive away. With only two cabins for rent, this is a very relaxing experience, away from the noise and crowds of tourists. We could not have been happier with our stay, and we hope to return again one day!

Tolles, kleines Hotel! Sehr schöne Aussicht! Sehr sauber und ruhig. Nette Besitzer. Einmalig!
