An ocean oasis! Morning

Great staff attention. Good location

An amazing stay for such a cheap price. The hotel staff were unbelievably friendly and our room was cleaned to a high standard every day with fresh towels. Breakfast was wonderful and WiFi was fast and reliable. It was a little cold during our stay and I requested an additional duvet and the staff sorted me one there and then. For the price we paid I was over the moon with the hotel and service. The view was amazing too.

The breakfast and the breakfast area were great. The price was fine. Mr. Abdul was an excellent host. The bed was cold and I think damp. The location was good for us in the old town. Easy to find etc. It was nice to stay in an authentic riad

This was my favorite place I stayed in Morocco. The staff was above and beyond. The breakfasts, housekeeping, and help coordinating travel were all great perks. This riad is also very nicely appointed.

A wonderful Moroccan Riad on the foot of the Medina facing the Atlantic Ocean. Wonderful location with lovely Moroccan decor. The rooms are basic and small, but the property is lovely and the hotel manager, Ronone (spelling??), will make your stay incredible.

I was there to enjoy Essaouira and I did. The surfing, shops, food. Riad Kafila was amazing! Great staff, sooo comfortable, clean, great location. Nice breakfast. I loved it there.

Nice location on the water in the old Medina

We sadly stayed here only for 1 night. Wish we could spend more time in the lovely town of Essaouira and in Riad Kafila. The team of the riad made us feel extremely welcome and right at home. They were super nice and helpful. Our room (no 3) overlooking the Atlantic Ocean had one of the best views ever. It was amazing to wake up and watch the huge ocean waves crashing on the rocks. Breakfast was plentiful, tasty and very generous, we didn't need lunch that day! Location is also good, very close to the city walls, great for sunset. Some lovely restaurants in close vicinity and of course shopping.

A wonderful Riad, super helpful and friendly staff who spoke very good English. Room was lovely, clean, fresh, roses on the side table, free bottles of water. The public spaces were beautifully decorated, a mix of quirky modern and traditional, just lovely. Breakfast was tasty and fresh. Great positon in the old Medina with the waves crashing on the shore outside the open window, but totally quiet with the window shut. Can't recommend this place highly enough

I stayed in this hotel because of the glowing reviews of costumer service, and I’m happy to report that this is indeed the case. Examples: my iPhone charger cord broke during the trip and the man behind the desk gave me his. The credit card machine wasn’t working so the man behind the desk escorted me to my nearest atm branch and then the train station. The area is also good as you close to a cool fortress.

This is a lovely riad, well-kept, clean, good location. The lounge upstairs is very cosy with outstanding ocean views. Very relaxing, calm atmosphere. Best of all is the warm, friendly, kind staff. They were truly hospitable as we were there during the stressful coronavirus time. They cooked dinner for us at no cost and generously offered us their kitchen and food and anything else we needed as Essaouira shut down. We will never forget this kindness. Highly recommend this property.
