The room was a little back room in the house.I feel the host host pleasant enough but I felt like I was in jail with the high walls and fencing. This is not what I expected for a property advertised on Expedia. I had read the other reviews, not sure if they were family of the host or were genuine but I can not agree with the good reviews I saw.

Very small place (combined kitchen with room), but good value for money

We enjoyed our stay. Nice and clean, very nice place. Will stay there anytime again.

We were two couples and spent 5 nights at Stemar. The hosts are friendly without being intrusive. The rooms are immaculately clean and well equipped. The staff is efficient and polite. It is an easy walk into the center of town which is absolutely lovely.

Very comfortable, well-equipped apartment that was also convenient to see the surrounding area. The owner was very helpful with advice about what to see nearby.
