Convenient facility with plenty of parking. Just what is needed for a one night in transit stop.

We had a little difficulty checking in but that was because there were no people there and we had a hard time figuring it out. That being said, the room for as small as it was, seemed bigger because it was arranged well. The breakfast choices were excellent.

Very nice self check in motel. Easy to get to and park. Breakfast is not a buffet as stated, it's just a few pastries and juice.

Great room and loved the self service breakfast! Only issue was glass walls/door to bathroom - not great if you are staying with anyone other than a partner.

The check in process was terrible. It took 1 hour of our time and 3-4 staff to troubleshoot how to open our assigned room. With my troublesome knees, I had to go up and down the stairs (the elevator didn’t work without a working room key!) several times before I could open the our room. Never experienced anything like this

Check-in was frustrating. Our lesson learned - check in and setup the digital keys before you arrive. We were a group with 3 rooms and it was not clear how to encode the key when using the kiosk as there were 3 places a keycard could be placed. Once we realized which one it probably was, it was not working. The kiosk was throwing an error that said to contact staff but provided no means of how to do so. We did not have any cell phone or wi-fi service in Sevelen so we were not getting the emails about checking in successfully or instructions about the digital key. We eventually drove 10 minutes to get cell service, checked in online and then were able to use the digital keys. Everything else with the stay was good once we figured out how to access our rooms.

The room, breakfast, bed, bath, were all great. But we had trouble checking in at the kiosk. Had to call the number and got help from a nice lady. But it was frustrating!

Easy check-in and check-out. Very clean, quiet and staff helpful.

Be sure to know your credit card pin, otherwise they will charge 5 francs for payment over the phone. Oh and they don’t take cash.

Self Check In style hotel with minimal personnel or not at all. It is pretty small and in reality, it doesn't need it. Everything is pretty good and it function-operate. It has is small buffet all-out self service breakfast. Quiet, nice and cozy.

I had to cancel my trip because of corona. This hotel is the only one which refused to let me change the date. Never again!

Easy to checkin and nice modern rooms.

I absolutely loved this style of hotel. I was a bit hesitant at first to book because we would be arriving late and with no front desk, I didn't really want to be sleeping out in the cold Switzerland night. First off, this is RIGHT NEXT to the Sevelen train stop. This was extremely convenient. Next, all I needed was my credit card at the kiosk to prompt open the locked door (keeps everything safe.) . Check-in was a breeze. I needed my passport number, credit card, and hotels.com confirmation. It took well under 5 minutes, and part of that time was marvelling at how great the experience was. I apprecaited the nice hot shower, comfortable bedroom, full-service kitchen, and friendly cleaning lady. I would only note that there is no place to store luggage, so keep that in mind if you need to do that. This said. a quick train ride into Buchs and you can store your luggage there. If you're going from Sevelen to Vaduz, there are also lockers in Vaduz for 2 CHF for 24hrs. I can't rave enough about this hotel and cannot wait to stay at another b_smart hotel.

I really enjoyed the modern and clean room. The Bathroom was clean and very modern as well. However it was only separated by a glass door which wasn't a problem for me personal. You have to self check-in and there is no staff around at all. For me the check-in worked very well. The breakfast is basic but definitely good. Coffee, Water and Juice is freely available during the complete stay. From the Hotel you can easily walk to Coop, Lidl or Aldi which is very nice. My view from the room was really amazing :)

A very easy hotel to navigate aside from the non-traditional top-floor-of-office-buidling setting. Set between two sets of mountains in the valley, you are a (mild) walk from two grocery stores, but you'd best be up on your German if you wish to converse with anyone. Hotel check in was simple, easy, and multilingual - but automated. Rooms were a little on the warm side, but they were very purpose-built and otherwise comfortable. Breakfast was simple and easy. I didn't use any of the help/hotlines, but I feel confident any issue or question I would have had would have been dealt with swiftly.
