This hotel is not even close rating 4 stars. It needs a major face lift: mold/dirt on balconies outside, inside the vinyl furniture is torn or has holes in many places and housekeeping took our extra pillows saying we were not allowed to have them! In our first room, the AC did not work at all and shower was terrible. Staff WAS very helpful and easily gave us another room. The AC in the second room at least worked though not well at all. It was always warm in the room. After the second morning we noticed that our suitcase was wet. This was because there was a MAJOR leak in the ceiling which began above the suitcase holder and continued for at least the rest of the length of the room. There is no shuttle (as advertised) to the beach and no signs as to where to even begin to walk to the beach. The pool area completely closes down at 7:00pm which is ridiculous for a "4 star" hotel in the summer. Would not recommend staying here and will not be returning. However, breakfast buffet was ample and the staff was lovely.

A short drive (5 mins) from everything,could have walked, this hotel was very clean and comfortable. Our room was big and had a large balcony. Breakfast was very good. Above all else, the staff were wonderful. Nothing was a trouble to them. I would definitely return.

The staff could not do enough to help and breakfast was ready and waiting for us each morning. We had an issue with the shower being broken, instead of making us move rooms they simply gave us a key to the room next door as it was empty so we could use both rooms with no fuss.

Condizioni decadenti all ingresso

Servizi non da 4 stelle molte zanzare ed insetti che creano la vacanza poco rilassante, consiglio una disinfestazione periodica al gestore per limitare il fastidio continuo degli insetti.

Colazione miglioabile

Buon rapporto qualita prezzo. L’unica pecca e che sulla piscina era pieno di formiche api e zanzare.

Albergo discreto con una bella piscina. Posizione non distante dal mare con diversi localini. Unico neo la colazione non proprio eccellente.

Sconsigliatissimo completamente insoddisfatti la peggiore camera con un sistema di condizionamento rumoroso tutta la notte!!! Allucinante

Il ceckin è avvenuto dopo le ore 15.30 nonostante sulla mail fosse specificato 10.30. Ambiente abbastanza pulito ma nella stanza capelli a terra. Terrazino e sedie intorno al tavolo sporche di terra. Letto comodo. Televisione con problemi di ricezione. Colazione nella norma. Il personale comunque è molto gentile.

le bâtiment est médiocre et mal entretenu, les lumières sont ternes, les extérieurs sont mal entretenus, la piscine est en piteux état. Dans la salle sur 7 spots, 3 étaient cassés et le petit déjeuner était médiocre et de mauvaise qualité.

Sinceramente sulla struttura niente da dire...sul ceck-aut invece alcune cose da dire...ho fatto 2 notti e mi hanno messo nel conto 3...abbiamo mangiato io e mi moglie 2 contorni e mi hanno messo 2 pasti completi,ho dovuto far vedere alla reception il messaggio di conferma di Expedia dopodiché sono andati a controllare e mi hanno dato ragione,poi hanno controllato anche il pasto dopo mia insistenza e mi hanno dato ragione...alla fine ho chiesto se potevamo usufruire della piscina visto che partivano dopo pranzo e mi hanno chiesto di pagare altre 15€,sinceramente in altri hotel che sono stato nn mi hanno mai chiesto un supplemento in più...sono rimasto deluso,da un hotel a 4 stelle nn mi aspettavo questi mezzucci c spillare altri soldi ai clienti...APRITE GLI OCCHI...

Ho soggiornato una notte soltanto ma mi sono trovata molto molto bene. Personale abbastanza competente e la proprietaria molto disponibile e attenta alle esigenze dei clienti. Conto e spero di tornare presto.
