Common areas were very nice and worth of a 4-star hotel. The room was average. The bathroom was definitely not a 4-star hotel bathroom. Breakfast was good.

The staff make this place: so attentive and clearly trained. Whilst the hotel is a tad tired we were very comfortable and the breakfast was second to none. A 20% reduction with on site food was offered! Pity we didn't know if this previously: we had prebooked a nearby excellent restaurant.

Room was at 26 degrees. Ac didint seem to work. We went and spoke to the reception but jo news. The next day she tells is ah the AC will work on monday. Was way to hot in the room to be able to sleep

The Hotel is on a corner with very heavy traffic. Not easy to get in and out. The rooms, Bathroom, and shower are very small. There is not much storage for 2 or more people if you bring more than 1 suitcase. The lobby with a bar and breakfast area in the basement is fine. The staff is very friendly.

Nice hotel at a very busy intersection. Next door is a wine store and excellent chinese restaurant, and a short walk to a grocery store as well. Room was clean but small, especially the shower.

Everything was perfect

Good place to stay and no complaints. The staff was nice and the room was fine. Nice but nothing extraordinary. The breakfast was good. If you don’t have a car, there’s not too much around in the surrounding area.

Ich hatte nach einem Hotel gesucht vor den Toren von Mailand und bin so hier gelandet. Der günstige Preis hatte mich schon etwas erschreckt aber die Fotos sahen gut aus. Schön ist es wenn die Fotos der Wirklichkeit entsprechen und dies ist bei diesem Hotel zu 100% so. Super Zimmer mit großem Badezimmer und guter und sauberen Klimaanlage. Wenn Sie anreisen reservieren Sie auch einen Tisch im Restaurant - der Brüller. Ist zwar nicht so günstig aber alles ist sehr Frisch und sehr lecker. Wir hatten Fisch und der war perfekt. Ich freu mich immer sehr wenn ich mal ein Hotel finde bei dem das Preis / Leistungsverhältniss so gut ist wie hier. Sehr zu Empfehlen.

In serous need of being refreshed. Rooms are worned and carpet in the corridor are as old as my grandma. There is only one lift and you end up waiting forever everytime you need to take a ride. Cleaningness could be improved. Breakfast is a bit scarce and not great quality.

Bad elevator, the entrance is not convenient, the view from the room is very poor.

Staff are super friendly and helpful. I really liked the atmosphere in the bar cafeteria. Excellent staff and service. Fantastic coffee and drinks and snacks. Restaurant was nice with buffet breakfast. Good location

Great breakfast & staff, but not worth the noise! They wasted their time putting in walls or ceilings because it is literally so noisy that your neighbors could have been sitting in your bed with you and been less disruptive.

There is a bus outside to take you into Como,20 min journey,you need a car if you stay here,we caught a train to Milan for the day about 40 mins.
