Clean room, good ambience

Everything is good. Clean, comfortable, near train station, walking distant for supermarkets but one thing there’s no nearby of halal food eatery there.

This was a last minute booking. Was a nice quiet hotel stay. Room was clean with a nice balcony. Only thing that would make it better is Air Conditioning or at least a room fan when the weather is hot.

Value for money…. Clean…. Fairly new… self check in option though kiosk at entrance and easy check out

Parking garage, location, size of rooms, condition of hotel all good. Thing i didnt like, kitchen utilities locked for quests staying under 4 weeks.

When check in it was terrible as it's difficult to use the machines to check in. The place is clean but canot sleep as there is no air conditioning & if opened the door also canot sleep from the smelly of cows as if you are in farm & the noise of the car all night as if you are sleeping in the street kitchens if empty of any kitchen utility

I hasn’t had a kettle to make tea and there were no ventilation and fans. And also it was very noisy and we couldn’t sleep.

Excellent place, great location, super clean accommodation!

Check-in was super easy! We check-in late night so never received check-in instructions, but called the hotel number & the staff member explained the kiosk system! Brilliant! Room was super clean & the building smelled clean, weird I know but rare in Europe!

Great hotel if you need space with a kitchen!

Due to system error in Hotels.com app I ended up having duplicate booking at the property. Even though apartment management could see it but still refused to cancel one of the booking. Legally speaking the did nothing wrong in keeping money but comments sense and customer care must have prevailed. I eventually got my money back from Hotels.com after 3 days of flighting and endless calls.

Impossible de s’enregistrer. Quand on téléphone au numéro d’urgence indiqué, ils ne parlent que allemand et anglais. Nous sommes en Suisse et en Suisse nous avons 3 voir 4 langues officielles. Français, Italien, allemand et Romanche…. Nous, ne parlons que Italien et Français. Au bout du fil, personne n’a pris la peine de trouver une solution pour nous comprendre. Au final on à du trouver un autre Hôtel et sans aucun remboursement de leur part….

Meget fint som gennemrejsende. Noget omstændigt med tjekin-appen. Fin indendørs parkering.

차량을 렌트해서 다니기에 편리함. 주차장이 넓음. 셀프 체크인인데 빠르게 진행되어 좋음. 차량으로 스위스 시내에 오가는데도 멀지 않음.
