Very friendly and helpful staff, lovely clean room and a great breakfast! Some lovely walks from the hotel and the table tennis table was a great bonus!

The staff was friendly and welcoming! Room was clean and as described. Sadly the kids club and outdoor rock climbing was not running, but there was plenty of activities like ping pong tables, a full gymnasium and outdoor slide and swings to be enjoyed. The breakfast was better than expected and recommended to other travellers staying here.

A unique and quiet little refuge.

We stayed during the off-season as it’s a ski resort, but the staff were super nice and everything was clean.

Our trip to Liechtenstein was highlighted by the excellent JUFA Hotel Malbun. It is located at a ski resort area and the views and vistas were simply beautiful. We arrived late for check-in but the staff was already prepared for us and had us in our room within a couple of minutes. The room was very clean and comfortable and our room looked out over the gorgeous mountains. Excellent breakfast the next morning with a newsletter telling of the days activities that were available to you. We will definitely book here again on our next trip.... hopefully take in some skiing next time!

Great location

Lovely new hotel but poorly insulated (we could hear our neighbors upstairs at all times) with uninformed, albeit nice, staff. Breakfast buffet was awful and understaffed.

Nice to know on the run that it is 20 min off the highway up into the mountains. But everything was super. They stayied open in the restaurant for later arrivers...

Not as impressive as it is shown on line. Breakfast buffet is mediocre. Dinner is expensive and looked awful...set price for a buffet. No tea kettle or anything in the room for tea or coffee. Rooms were sooo hot even with the windows open in 50F degrees at night...could use summer bedding. Duvet was thick and would be great in winter. Tiny room. All staff vacates and turned off lights at 10pm on friend sitting in “common area”. We were admonished not to bring outside food into room but after a long day hiking, 30euro for the crap buffet was not going to happen. Just wanted a pizza and beer. On the plus side, location was great! Nice kids play area. Overall, look at other hotels in the area.

This is a hotel of high quality throughout and the staff is friendly and helpful. This hotel is really pleasant, looks good and it's right next to different mountains. You can start the hike paths behind the hotel or during the winter there's a ski lift. I can highly recommend this place and for sure I will go there again. Sauna/wellness are is luxurious with three different saunas and relaxing area. There's also a panorama view to the Alps. The breakfast is versatile and there's a lot of quality stuff. There's different coffees and variety of breads. Bed is big and pillows were also really nice and I slept peacefully.

Room was large, clean, modern, and had a great view! Front desk personnel were helpful and pleasant. Great location, Malbun is fantastic. Highly recommended!

Food was nice, staff were friendly and helpful. They all spoke good English which was great. The room was clean, tidy, well laid out and had a great view of the surrounding landscape. I can only imagine how beautiful it would be when covered in snow. It would be great to return to for a skiing holiday.

It's a long windy trek to get to this hotel, but once there, the place is pretty great. The staff was helpful, the breakfast delicious, and the room comfortable. Opening the window, you can enjoy the clanging of the cow bells from the herd sharing the field next door.
