It was one of my favorite hotels except for the lunch staff; the service was very poor, they had unpleasant manners, and were unfriendly. One of the waiters was empathetic, friendly, and helpful, but the rest were extremely unpleasant. The people at the front desk were wonderful, kind, and helpful. The cleaning staff were very friendly, and our room was spotlessly clean.

Nice place to stay. Would recommend.

I like the desk service but I don’t like bathroom noise and A/C noise

The bathroom is quite smelly, but besides, it’s a good place for the price.

Positive: hotel was comfortable, it was clean, super friendly staff, beds were very comfortable, and hotel close to major avenues, “La Alameda and El Bosque”. Negative: Pressure on the shower head was super weak!!! Air conditioning was extremely loud. The hall ways were very hot. Front desk staff were not very knowledge on tours availed around the city!!
