The property claims there is an English speaker on staff. Not so! I normally wouldn’t have expected to be catered to, but if they are advertising English spoken, I expect them to keep their word. Not even a cup of instant coffee was available in the morning. Sounds from all the surrounding rooms (tv, family fights, etc) made sleeping a challenge.

The beds are rock hard.It was difficult to sleep .The beds were the most uncomfortable in all of Mexico.

The place is so clean and quiet. It is located downtown however the place is so quiet even during the day. This is the perfect place to relax and close to the Parque Nacional Cupatitzio. The staff was very polite. I highly recommend this place !

Horrible sucio tierra en las camas sabanas sucias y mucho ruido de tráfico y jente al pasar toda la noche bares alrededor y mucho ruido mal servicio al cliente además no atentos con el cliente 😘☹️☹️☹️😠

Las áreas públicas son bonitas, no se si por qué reserve aquí por un buen precio me dieron un cuarto muy feo, no tenía enchufes cerca de las camas, el colchón de una cama se zambutia de la parte de en medio. En fin, creí que era una buena promoción peroné dieron por lo que pagué. Muy céntrico, eso si.

It is a very good Hotel, Nice Service, But the only issue a may mention is that Parking Lot is Two Blocks away. Other than that, you get more than what you pay for.

There was a cockroach in the room. Room is outdated, unconfortable bed. Glad I only had to stay one night.
