Unique Hotel, great staff, great location! Hiighly recommend.

My new home away from home!

Colourful and traditional decor, good breakfast, lovely spots to hang out in the courtyard, patio, rooftop. You can borrow chairs and umbrella for the nearby beach. Bonus: Great view of the Carnaval parade from the rooftop but if you come at that time, just note you’ll hear the festivities until late. Otherwise, street noise didn’t bother us and we were on the ground floor. The bed was fine. If you have a bad back it might be problematic. The water took forever to heat up but it did. Most of the staff members were lovely. A few were completely indifferent, but that’s pretty normal.

Charming and convenient. I absolutely loved my stay at this traditional style boutique hotel. The staff were great and the room very comfortable. The location was great also as it was walkable to everything in the Centro area.

We are snowbirds down in Mazatlan. I surprised my hubby with a little getaway for our anniversary. Such a little gem in histórico Mazatlan. Easy walk to dinner en Plaza Macado. The whole hotel was so well done, really unique with lots of character. Staff were so nice.Very clean. Couldn’t beat the price and nice breakfast included. Highly recommend!

This property simply oozes charm! The included breakfast was in added bonus, as was the adjoining little restaurant. The worst thing that can be said about the property is that you can expect to wait a while for hot water to reach your bathroom, so just anticipate that; once you're aware, that hardly even ranks as a minor inconvenience.

I stayed at casa de leyendas for three nights . I found the staff very pleasant and helpful, the decor of the room was charmingly colourful in traditional Mexican style and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was good and access to Macaws next door very handy. Given the close proximity to the busy Malecón, this small hotel was pretty quiet. Access to patio and terraces was a bonus, including the roof terrace with ocean view. Would definitely consider staying there again.

Very central location, within walking distance to everything necessary. It’s more peaceful in the centro historico.

This property was perfect for my trip! I loved everything about it. Nathan the owner was very hospitable and I enjoyed the entire stay. Will be coming to visit!!

Great location, great service, clean, decent free breakfast. Only issue was wifi was spotty.

My do and I were greeted with such friendliness! My room was beautiful. Location was only a block off the malecon and Los Altos beach with several restaurant options there, as well as the Macaw restaurant at the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was also great. Be aware, though, there is no parking provided. Only on the street. But still....Highly recommend!!
