There was a lot’s noise and smog the city is smoggy already plus the airport right next door

This hotel had a 3-star rating, but it simply wasn’t. This hotel should have received a 1-star rating. It was in a bad area. It was dirty. The HVAC did not work and the rooms were poorly appointed. I would NEVER recommend this property.

Stay was okay. Can walk to airport so very convenient. Can also walk to Fonda Argentina restaurant which has good food. There is shopping plaza near buy. The only problem is that the beds are very hard and the pillows are not very comfortable for sleeping. Price was a little expensive for type of lodging. The best thing is close to airport

Can not walk to airport and no shuttle

when we there the staff wasn't very friendly, the room is really small, but for one night was ok because is really closed to the airport.

Prices is over the normal. Food is terrible and service for the waiter too! Prices for the room is ok.

The place was loud. Every time a door would close you would hear it. Every person talking in the hall you could hear it. This is located across from the airport. You did not hear airplane but you would hear everything inside the hotel. I arrived very late and was not able to sleep due to the noise.

Bed was hard aa a rock. So uncomfortable I slept at best 2 hours. Chairs in room were uncomfortable plastic buckets. Clean but overall unpleasant.

Early checking wonderful!!! The Clerk allowed to get in the room at 11.30 am!!! The room was very clean, and just across the International Airport Benito Juarez!!! The setback, was that at the rear of te hotel are really bad neighbors, that play music so loud that in the room feels like you are inside a discotheque!!! If you want to stay in this hotel, ask for the rooms facing the front of the hotel. Or choose Fiesta Americana, that is a few blocks away from the airport. I mentioned this to the hotel Clerk, but he said that is not much that the local police can do???

Hotel is close to airport 15 minutes walk. so ideal for a short stopover. Room was comfortable but not exceptional. However we were kept awake all night by a club at the back of the property playing music all night (it’s 7am and the music is still playing). The front rooms would suffer with road noise so overall I would not recommend the property.

The easy that was to check in ..no run arounds just simple a form of ID my payment method and that was it and always willing to work with you if , you encounter a problem.. thank you , Gracia Hotel Aeropuerto y tambien al del taxi.
