Nice hotel. Had a great massage by staff member. Negatives: Did not like being questioned why two men only reserved one bed; despite its name, hotel was far from downtown (centro); area around hotel seemed dicey at first, but turned out to be safe.

Brenda and Maria were attentive and helpful the entire time. This property is more like an airbnb than a hotel. It's on a quiet street, 10 minute walk from the Paseo de Montejo so very well located. I definitely recommend!

Good for short time if you have a business event in the international congress center which is 3 minutes walking distance The staff Mary and Pedro make de facility a warm place to stay

Nadie en recepción, te hacen que el cuarto se quede abierto y tus cosas inseguras. Debes llegar a buscar a la persona que atiende. La televisión sin servicio de cable , no te dan ni una botella con agua. Mal servicio la verdad

A nice quiet clean place to spend a few days

The hotel was clean and organized. Unfortunately I don’t speak Spanish and I didn’t understand what was going on. Everyone was friendly though. The WiFi was excellent and the location was good.

Nice small hotel

even when a hurricane had just hit the staff was extremely accomodating. even with No AC because there wasnt power for a bit the rooms were fresh and comfortable.

I like that it was close to the stores and everything was walking distance

An information sheet would be handy as buses stop out the front of the property to go into Centro. Also next street buses go to Progreso Beach. There's the Americana Plaza very close by. The room was comfortable big. The staff friendly.

TIENE POCAS HABITACIONES Y LA QUE ME TOCÓ ESTABA AMPLIA CON UN BUEN GUARDAROPA, EL PERSONAL MUY ATENTO, EN EL TEMA DEL DESAYUNO TUVE QUE GESTIONAR COMO TAL QUE SE NOS PROPORCIONARA YA QUE AL LLEGAR PRIMERO NOS COMENTARON QUE NO LO INCLUÍA PERO YA AL GESTIONAR CON LA PUBLICIDAD EN MANO NOS HICIERON VÁLIDO QUE NOS DIERAN EL DESAYUNO EN LA CAFETERIA QUE ESTÁ EN EL MISMO PREDIO PERO QUE NO PERTENECE AL HOTEL VI COMENTARIOS RESPECTO DEL TEMA DEL DESAYUNO ALGUNOS DECIAN QUE NO SE LO HABIAN DADO Y OTROS QUE ERA MUY POCO OTROS QUE SOLO TE OFRECIAN CAFÉ Y GALLETAS Y EFECTIVAMENTE EN UN INICIO NOS OFRECIERON PAN Y GALLETAS COMO DESAYUNO PERO SI HICE INCAPIE EN QUE ESO NO ERA UN DESAYUNO Y COMO MENCIONÉ ANTERIORMENTE CON LA PUBLICIDAD DE LA PÁGINA DONDE DECIA AL DESAYUNO INCLUIDO ACCEDIERON A OTORGARLO, YA QUE ELLOS DECIAN QUE EN LA RESERVA COMO TAL NO APARECIA, AL FINAL TODO BIEN CON ESE TEMA, LO QUE NO PARECIO ES QUE COBRABAN UN ADICIONAL SI TU LLEVAS UN CARRO Y REQUIERES ESTACIONAMIENTO, EN NINGÚN HOTEL ME HABIA PASADO ESTO, SI NO QUERIAS PAGAR LO DEJABAS EN LA CALLE

Muy atento el personal, el anuncio dice desayuno incluido pero no es así, tienen un servicio de café y galletas de cortesía, el estacionamiento es en la calle y al ser una casa adaptada como hotel las habitaciones son pequeñas, sin embargo la atención del personal y la ubicación son inmejorables. Volveremos a hospedarse a ahí definitivamente.
