Nice hosts, they waited for me to arrive lata at night and were very friendly. The rooms are cean and in good general condition. There are many charming details all over the place. The whole place is very authentic. It is perfect for relaxing and feel the Mayan vibe. Just for reference, I love treehouses.

The owner is extremely friendly and helpful, she went out of her way to make sure I was comfortable and enjoyed my time in Puerto Morelos. I had my own seperate dwelling with private shower etc. it was very nice to be surrounded by trees and plants and her pets. I will absolutely be back.

Casitas Kinsol was a wonderful find and I'm only sorry that we couldn't stay longer in Puerto Morelos. Christine was very welcoming and generous with her time and suggestions. It is obvious that they have put a lot of care and work into giving each room individual touches and making them comfortable. We were even able to see some of the other rooms and would love to stay in any of them, but especially the top one that is full of light and has a gorgeous bathroom. The surrounding gardens and top area for relaxing are truly unique and an oasis. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We only stayed one night at thiecute, well appointed little guest house. Lots of interesting artwork and plants. Very close to PM pueblo and a short distance to the beach.

Just completed 7 days at a large resort and we wanted to move to something in a local environment. Casitas Kinsol was the perfect find. The staff were extremely helpful providing different options of getting to and from the hotel. They provided us a town map with suggestions catered to what we wanted. Each room is unique and very clean and adequate. No complaints at all.

Thank you for a beautiful and comfortable stay. The hostel is in a quiet area away from the main tourist town of Puerto Morelos. We enjoyed this as plenty of authentic and cheap options for food. The room was uniquely beautiful and very comfortable. Staff were very knowledgable and helpful with activities and recommendations. Would love to come back at some point!

The room we stayed in was comfortable and very cute, and we enjoyed the relaxation área upstairs with a hammock. We just stayed the night before our return flight , but Alain was helpful suggesting places to eat and a bakery where we could pick up something for our early morning flight.

Looks ok in pictures but the rooms are so close together it feels like there is little privacy, the owner has a dog that attaked us and the room was not available may hours after the 3 so we had to wait...no parking, rooms ok but very small and basic for the price. Did not enjoy the stay.

Tout était parfait sauf peut-être le manque de climatisation dans les chambres qui rendaient les nuits vraiment très chaudes.

Trotz Verspätung wegen Stromausfalls am Flughafen war das Einchecken spät in der Nacht freundlich und unkomplizert. Mit viel Liebe und Charme eingerichtetes Zimmer (3), der Garten ist ein kleines Paradies. 5-10 Minuten Fußweg zum ADO-Terminal. Wir haben uns hier sehr willkommen, wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Un havre de tranquillité et de verdure, un hôtel atypique, rempli de recoins qui appellent à la lecture et au repos. Une chambre (numéro 4) très spacieuse, avec un lit mezzanine très confortable. Une décoration qui nous fait sentir comme chez nous. Un propriétaire (Alain) très sympathique, qui prend plaisir à recevoir ces hôtes et à discuter avec eux. En plus, il connaît la région comme sa poche et donne de supers conseils pour votre séjour (visites, plages, restaurant..). nous avons vraiment énormément apprécié notre séjour à Casitas Kinsol, nous y retournerions sans hésiter.
