Very pretty room and grounds

Beautiful hotel, clean, and safe. Water pressure in the shower was really low and didn’t get quite hot but I would absolutely stay there again! It was a beautiful hotel and had an easy check in

This is a great little boutique hotel but it's a bit tired. There is no front desk and communication is by WhatsApp. It worked out ok. The room was pretty worn down - some electrical outlets didn't work, there was a coffee machine but no coffee. The kettle didn't work. The housekeeper did correct these deficiencies which was great. The water pressure was dismal, even by local standards. It's along walk into Totos Santos - I'd stay again if I could get a good price.

Great place! Clean, accessible, comfortable. Only negative is there is not a television in the room.

Enjoyed the stay. Great location. I am a local- would like a local rate- would stay more often ;-)

There is no tv or radio. There is av resident with several did that sound like they fight playfully, but loudly at different times of the night Otherwise quite nice. I wont stay again without a tv though.

Quaint and quiet. Small and friendly. Manager and staff are warm and welcoming!

I nicely laid out property, and quiet. As I arrived 2 days after a hurricane, the area was still recovering, and fortunately power was returned the day i arrived... The property manager was helpful though and offered flexibility if this had not been the case. The town and beach are close by. The room would benefit from the addition of at least a microwave, and some utensils for preparing your own food as there are no catering facilities on site. I enjoyed my stay.

The property was lovely and the staff were wonderful. We were able to communicate with them in English the entire time. They were very responsive to emails and we were able to arrange a ride from one of the staff to cabos san lucas. The only downside was the location is a longer walk than we expected to the main street and it is all up hill. There is a sidewalk but its difficult in places to stay on it. There are a few things to do around the villa which were nice too! There is a cafe, a restaurant and a yoga studio all with in walking.

The place was very clean an the service was incredible, our hosts made an extra effort to make us feel like we were in home!

No heaters in any of their units. It gets old at night and room was freezing when walked in. hot water in shower doesn’t work. It takes 10 min for water to get warm and it stays warm for about 10 minutes. NOT recommended.

The staff were fery accommodating to our needs, very pleasant and helpful. The property is lovely, vey clean too with a beautiful pool, although we didnt use it, it was clean and well kept grounds. Our rooms were very big and comfortable. Thank you for having us!

The whole Villa is amazing. The staff is incredibly nice and accommodating. I stayed here just under a week and was happy with the proximity to Quatro Vientos and La Esquina. The center of TS is less than a mile a way, easy walk or a 100 peso taxi ride. There is also a fresh fruit market next door and a grocery just down the block. The pictures are the real deal, beautiful place.
