Excellent

Surprisingly a nice place, only issue was the wifi was very bad. I was on the first floor by the lobby a couple doors down.

Good place for take a rest

No hot water for our morning shower. Thought we would try the restaurant out for dinner, we got our bill and he charged us 280 pesos per glass of wine, which is approximately 3 times what we paid anywhere else during our trip.

Was our 4th night of a five day trip, and the hotel was in an excellent location for the distance we wanted to travel. Was clean, restaurant was good and for dinner there was a restaurant next door

Food can be improved

The breakfast very good.

We had a very comfortable stay while visiting family.

Place is over rated! and in bad location. 21 km east from Torreón incurring in additional road tolls of 480 pesos, each way. just to get there and back to torreon

This is one of the most lovely hotels in Mexico i’ve had the privilege to stay at. The hotel is beautiful and quiet. This was our second year staying here and i pray it continues to prosper. Don Cuco the security guy is so awesome and helpful and the housekeepers are so respectful and genuine. The kitchen staff was also great to us. It’s safe here. It’s clean and fresh and the little swimming area is just so relaxing and do pretty, you forget your in the desert or surrounded by dirt! I recommend this hotel.
