great location, calm and quiet

We had the most magical time here! The property and the surrounding park is incredibly beautiful. The restaurant was delicious, we loved every meal we ate there. The staff were wonderfully kind too. The room was a great size and the bed was really comfortable. We have nothing negative to say, we loved everything!

The hotel is the grounds of an antique manor for a Duke and Duches, so is expansive and beautiful to a fault. Armond was a wonder

quiet location, excellent service. I was not crazy about the decor in my room but it had what I needed. Restaurant is very elegant and specializes in tasting menus. Food lovely but a meager menu choice for guests who do not want that option. And, no desserts on the menu that did not have chocolate: not a good idea on general principles, as well as annoying for guests like me who can' t eat chocolate.

We loved this spot. We took a long long walk on the property right near there, and then had a spectacular dinner - the best one we have had in ten days of travel. Lovely.

Brilliant staff, genuinely friendly and pleasant. Excellent quality food for our evening meal, comfortable room in a lovely hotel in gorgeous surroundings. I would recommend this hotel and we will definitely return.

The hotel is located on the edge of a beautiful forested area with cycle tracks along the river. I stayed in the attic room in the lodge and it was uncomfortable lay warm. There is an ac unit, but it was vey noisy. Breakfast was adequate, and the food in the restaurant was ok. Would give it 3 stars, not 4

Make sure you arrive on time to turn down the heating in the room otherwise you will sleep in a sauna. Koetshuis somewhat noisy because of the construction and wooden stairs. Ample hiking opportunities in an very nice area.

Large room but wifi could be better.

The hotel is located in an area of woods and pastures north of Arnhem. My wife and I enjoyed walking and bicycling in this beautiful area. The hotel was wonderful and the restaurant was superb. I'm looking forward to going back.

We arrived at the Hotel at about 12.00 midday and were allowed to check in early. The room was clean and had all the facilities we required. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. The breakfast selection catered for a wide of tastes, continental, cooked, cereal or fruit. I would recommend this Hotel and hopefully I will return sometime.
