The area was not safe, the parking was too small, they woke us up twice to move our vehicle. They charged me more for taxes upon arrival! The taxes they charged me was more than what I paid for the hotel! I thought I had paid everything through Expedia but when I arrived they said I still had to pay for taxes! NOT GOOD!

Nos hospedamos un fin de semana y el Hotel bien, se ve que lo acaban de remodelar, las habitaciones cómodas principalmente las camas muy cómodas, en general bien el hotel de acuerdo al precio bien, el estacionamiento si es un poco pequeño, tuvimos suerte de siempre encontrar lugar pero creo que si es insuficiente. la ubicación es muy céntrica no se ve muy segura pero todo estuvo bien

Manejamos 3 horas solo para llegar y que nos dijeran que ya habían rentado todas las habitaciones

The staff was effecient and accommodating. Upon check in the lady at reception kindly helped me with my luggage. At checkout another lady called a taxi for me. The staff did an excellent job. The room was clean, spacious and well located. Enjoyed my stay.

Creo que vale cada centavo pagado, todo esta muy bien, desde la recepción, la limpieza, las habitaciones muy comodas. Me hubiera gustado que pongan una botella de agua en la habitación..

This is the second time I stay here. Actually, I left my other hotel during Ester Sunday due to their AC not working and I felt comfortable, safe and the staff is amazing

la habitacion remodelada muy conveniente y limpia. tiene lo basico para una estancia corta y solo llegar a dormir. esta ubicado en un area nada bonita pero adentro esta bien.

Hotel is very well located very clean service is very nice i will stay here every single time that ill come to guadalajara no doubt

It’s a clean modern hotel with very helpful staff. The strange thing is there are no blankets on the bed and a 100 peso deposit is required for one.

La habitacion es de acuerdo a la foto, limpio desde la entrada al edificio Se escucha los cierres de las puertas de las demas habitaciones pero no pasa de ahi . Punto en contra la zona, no es recomendable salir en la noche Personal de recepcion muy amables

There was a drunk man passed out in the entrance when we arrived! We had to leave a deposit for the remote and for a blanket! The staff at the reception are not very friendly. Will not return.

Me levantaron a las 4 am para mover la camioneta. Despues a las 7 am para volverla a mover porque el estacionamiento no esta bien distribuido y hay q mover coches cuando alguno quiere salir.

Muy buena solo la habitación 35 no servían varios conectores de luz pero en general todo bien
