All the staff have been extremely welcoming and kind. The level of hospitality they try and provide here is actually top-notch for this area. Our hotel room is very clean and very presentable with a wonderful large Jacuzzi in the suite. It’s very walkable and close to the main Central Square, which is convenient. The area nearby there’s really not much to do but just about a five or 10 minute walk and then you’re in the middle of everything. The breakfast is not so bad even though there’s not a huge variety but the breakfast staff have also been very kind and helpful. I would not mind staying here again.

This hotel was excellent. Breakfast was good. My issue was the room we had was on the 2nd floor with an internal window. Directly outside was a bright light that left light streaming through the window all night. I told the front desk and they were completely dismissive. We ended up hanging our towels over the drapery rod to cut off the light.

Nice place to stay I got it for cheap. Staff was very good they spoke broken English. Room was spacious however it is very noisy so if you are a light sleeper bring earplugs. Plaza de armes is a short walk away.

I chose the Corregidor Hotel because of the picture that shows a huge window with the city view, but I didn't get what I was expecting. Although the hotel is quiet, the staff is welcoming and nice, and the buffet breakfast was very good on the third floor where you have a nice view of the surroundings.

The staff are very nice, I book a Suit, the room is ok, but is located next to the street, so is too noisy, when the sun rise the small room get hot by 7:00am, so since there is no AC, it is really impossible to be there comfortable, however I moved into another room (301 to 307) much better in terms of room temperature, but of course the room is no a suit... I have to request every date to have small towels...enough for three ...the breakfasts is good ...the staff tried to do the best ..

Good location. They also do boxed breakfasts for early morning trips.

First they wanted to give us another room not the one we reserved. Their breakfasts is outside in the cold. Their JR suits in right under the kitchen area and every morning very early they would wake us up with them making breakfasts. They said they did not have another room to change and since we made the reservation we can't change hotel. I do not recommend this hotel

I booked for a king size bed and was unfortunately checked into a queen size. While the personnel were very kind and helpful, I was told I could not get what I paid for « because the hotel was full » which defies the whole purpose of a « reservation ». I would recommend the Corregidor because the staff was nice, the rooms were clean and the beds very comfortable BUT would recommend confirming the right room is given BEFORE going up the elevator. The 2nd booking w/ Corregidor went perfectly!

Our room was nice, big bed, however in the bathroom the whole floor would get soaking wet whenever you took a shower because the curtain was too short. Breakfast was disappointing. We went up to the terrace for breakfast about 45 minutes before it was supposed to be over and there was barely anything there. They were clearly not replenishing it and because of that we barely got anything just a piece of bread or two and some juice.

Fabiola Ruiz, the customer service supervisor made my stay wonderful! She was very accommodating and super helpful. The customer service at this hotel is beyond expectations! I am very pleased and I highly recommend this hotel, very close and convenient in Arequipa.

Bom hotel. Mas reservei quarto com vista para montanha e fiquei com vista para o corredor.

El hotel es muy cómodo y está muy bien ubicado, zona tranquila, se siente un poquito desolada por las noches, sin embargo no hemos tenido problemas para movernos. El servicio de primera, muy amables y agradables, siempre atentos a nuestras necesidades. El desayuno buffet es genial, estamos muy felices.

Todo muy bien. Excelente servicio. Recomiendo ampliamente. Todo el personal muy atento, habitaciones Super cómodas y limpias, baño con amenidades, secadora de pelo
