I wanted so much to love this hotel- I will start with the pluses and then explain why the low rating. First the staff was amazing!!! Super nice and helpful! Location is great! The food was delicious! And the little roof top area was really nice. So you would think perfect hotel right? My reasons for the low stars - it was so very very noisy I could not sleep well. everything in the hotel echoed and I could hear everything going on in the lobby and even traffic at times. The bed was uncomfortable and smelled strongly of scented soap which gave me a headache. And the WiFi only worked about 50% of the time I tried using it. If firm beds and noise doesn’t bother you it’s a great hotel but for me being able to get good sleep is most important everything else is secondary so I could not give a better rating

The staff at this hotel was very kind, friendly and helpful. They even helped us with the language barrier by calling and talking to a tour organizer for us. We booked two rooms. One room on the second floor was great. Our other room on the first floor had a musty smell to it. We enjoyed the convenient location of the hotel. A short walk from the Plaza.

The location of this property is perfect. But what really makes it stand out is the incredible dedication of the staff. They are so helpful and are there immediately for any need or request you may have. I felt like part of their family. They were so kind. I will be staying there again when I return to Cusco.

Perfect little boutique hotel. Everything was great from front desk to comfortable and clean room. Location A+ and breakfast was delicious.

Room was large and clean. The staff was very kind. The date when my friend and I stayed at the Hotel was my friend's birthday. When we returned from dinner, they presented a surprise gift for my friend. The only thing I did not like was a hair dryer. We had to keep pushing a button to keep it running.

Excellent location one block from the Plaza de Armas and hundreds of restaurants, shops and activities. The staff was welcoming and very accommodating and helpful. Our room was great for 4 men traveling together, two single beds on the first level and a queen on the second loft shared by father and son. Full modern tiled bathrooms on both levels.

The only upside of our stay at this hotel was the kind and helpful staff. Due to the setup of this hotel, I would not recommend it. There is a large atrium on the second floor with lots of couches. Many people sat and talked loudly at 10pm in this area that was right outside our room, and the voices echoed loudly since it’s a large atrium. If you are on any second floor room from room 200 to about room 210, you are in for a rough night. We had trouble sleeping with the noise. The room has a window that opens to the atrium as well, so no chance for fresh air.

We've spent a lot of time in Cusco over the years, and this hotel is a place I will come back! The staff was all wonderful. So friendly, helpful and accommodating. The location is absolutely perfect...within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas, San Blas, and all our favorite restaurants. Yet once you're inside, you don't hear the noise of the city, it's incredibly quiet and restful. Our room was perfect for our family of four. And the breakfast at the hotel was outstanding - coffee, fresh juices, fruits, vegetables, eggs, pastries, jam...everything you could want. At breakfast and at the front desk, the staff was attentive and willing to get us anything we needed. Highly recommended and we will be back!
