Great comfortable stay with a fantastic location right in the historic center. Very friendly and help full staff, good breakfast. A bit noisy early in the morning, but we loved it.

The rooms are clean, staff very nice, friendly, polite and helpful. 24 /7 front desk assistance. Check in is at 12pm. We were leaving at 4am for a 7 day hike and they prepared a breakfast on the go for us. They hold our luggage when we were away. Food plentiful and delicious. I don’t have any negative things to say about this place. Great location! I would strongly recommend this hotel.

No AC and you can hear the road noise if you have a road side room which I did. Staff provided drinking water, coffee and tea daily. I didn’t eat breakfast. I loved the area as it was convenient to plenty of historical sites, restaurants, shopping, tours, massage, etc.

We were honestly blown away by this hotel. It was very conveniently situated and had nice, spacious rooms. The staff was AMAZING and the breakfast was very good!

Very close walking distance to main square. Staff were exceptional. 10/10

Great location close to plaza de armas. Staff is super friendly and helpful. They held our bags for us while we did a 4 day trek and then put our bags back in our rooms making checking back in very convenient. Would recommend

This hotel is walking distance to a lot of places. I will note that they do not have elevators so do not book if you are unable to carry your bag up two or three flights of stairs. The walls are VERY thin; there was a birthday party happening on the third floor terrace at 10 PM on a Tuesday. We were heading to Rainbow Mountain at 3:30 AM the following morning and really needed to get sleep. We heard singing, laughing, and even music, past 11 PM. We asked the front desk and we were constantly told that it would only last 15-20 minutes. It did not. We were expecting more from this hotel and would have switched if we could. Keep this in mind when booking this hotel.

Great location, really nice clean rooms, and wonderful staff! Hotel is located just a block away from Plaza de Armas. Highly recommend staying here for anyone traveling to Cusco.

Great location and the complimentary breakfast was very good, …Flavia was attending and she is awesome.

Great rooftop terrace and very walkable location. Rooms were average, not the nicest. Very inconvenient to constantly request toilet paper. They give you one small roll at a time.

Staff was awesome!

Had an enjoy our stay,Flavia was too good person. She will really take care with so much love for your breakfast. You feel home away from home. All staff people are helpful and hotel is very convenient to all the sightseeing locations.

Staff was super helpful and accomodating. The place was also very clean, and saw staff regularly cleaning common areas, not just rooms. Our only con was that there was no window that opened to the outside. Our window opened to the hallway and was not sound proof so you could hear other people in their rooms and in the hallway easily. Location was fantastic, 5-10 min walk to most attractions.

The Breakfast Lady FLAVIA is the NICEST person in Cusco. I would come back to this hotel, solely because FLAVIA is so nice. I miss her already.
