my recent stay at your hotel in Cajamarca. This was our first time visiting this beautiful city, and our time at your establishment truly enhanced our trip. From the very beginning, your team went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, ensuring that a room was available upon our arrival. This thoughtful attention to detail made a significant difference, allowing us to settle in comfortably without any delay or inconvenience. Throughout our stay, every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Their warmth and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere that made our visit all the more enjoyable. We felt genuinely cared for, and it was clear that hospitality is a priority for your entire team. For me, this experience was certainly one of the finest examples of hospitality I have encountered. Our stay at the hotel was good, with nice breakfasts and the staff in the dining, reception and porters were friendly and helpful. However, it got spoiled in the last night of our stay when my sister discovered that money was taken out from her carry bag. We reported the missing cash to the reception of the hotel and next day management contacted the cleaning ladies who denied taking the money. Although, we recognized we should have used the safe to put the money in , we think the hotel has a duty of care towards its clients and not one has the right to look over private belongings and take something, in this case, money that don't belong to them. The hotel concluded that during its 27 years of operation never experienced a case like this and backed up its staff. We, as guests, felt disappointed as we are completely sure the money was taken from the carry bag and the hotel didn't show any consideration towards our situation, just a simple apology for the trouble we experienced. Practically, we felt that they were indirectly saying we were lying as they were backing up their staff and not its guests and this is no correct as we believe management should look after its staff but also after its guests.

Nice hotel, bright, our bellman very friendly. Most of the time fine. Little things: In the restaurant the food was great, but the service of the waiters should improve. Our room was spacious although with several uneven floors. cámara Niceness: ¡There is a hair dryer!

Unlike a large chain hotel it prioritizes it's own unique style. When you enter the hotel it has an open courtyard with rooms that surround this courtyard and a small well looked after tiny garden

Very nice property and staff was amazing. We also eat lunch at the restaurant. The food was delicious.

Courteous staff, very efficient and convenient laundry services. Limited selection but good breakfast. Nice to have restaurant below and room service. Music plays late into the night and can be disturbing for light sleepers. A little more attention to detail required for cleaning, noted debris under the beds.

The male host at the front desk was very kind and welcoming. However the two ladies could pay a bit more attention to how they react facially. The room was comfortable and clean but the bathroom had a strong sulfur smell (rotten eggs) that stunk up the entire room.

It was a nice stay, rooms were clean. The breakfast area was amazing, delicious food and friendly and kind staff helping around. The front guest staff outstanding! I recommend this hotel

The staff was very helpful, but the rooms facing the front courtyard can be a bit noisy.
